00 Welcome back to the nullified Tech channel here on YouTube where we've got the TNT takes for you on Australian Survivor Heroes vs villains episode 11 that's right I'm back with my top five takes but before we get into this consider subscribing consider hitting the like button putting a notifications on so that you can hear every time I've got new content dropping on this channel what a great episode what a great week of Australian Survivor I really enjoyed how much drama a fake Idol could bring to an episode and obviously we're going to talk about all of that but before we get into it let's talk about takeaway number one here and I believe a giant may have been awoken in this game and I'm not talking about George I'm talking about Sam who a lot of people have really been annoyed by so far this season because they really didn't enjoy the fact that Sam has come back into this game and that he is preaching mateship and he's preaching loyalty and all these things that they thought he may have learned from his first outing out on the island and that he would come back and play a bit more of a strategy seizure can Cutthroat game well guess what he realizes that he was this close to going home in the previous episode and he now is looking for a different plan to the end because he realizes that Sean is not his mate he's not the person who's going to take him deep in this game he pulls David in who is his number one and he says

20 I am now going to be bendable like Mr Fantastic and I'm going to be able to you know mold myself or like water go wherever you know there's the path of least resistance and move through this game David is very happy with this its music to his ears he says to him make sure that you get close to Nina and this was a great episode for Nina as well which we will talk about very soon but from Sam's Point of View I'm really impressed by the fact that he is showing a willingness to work with Nina after the vote did go his way he understands that her vote was held hostage in that first episode and he's not going to hold it against her because he does need to build up a counterfaction that can go up against the like have Sean Hayley and now Simon in this game Who stand to get very close to Sean and Haley and him also then talking to Nina and taking her advice on board in regards to reaching out to Liz and then building that bridge with Liz and trying to get her on board I think it's all very good work here from Sam he does need to mix this game up because clearly he's not in as good of a spot as he thought within the current power structure I do think down the line This Alliance that they're starting to potentially form with Liz in there so they can have four people could be better for the woman than what it is for the men and I think David and Sam may run out of Runway at some point because Liz is always going to be more loyal

40 To the Spice Girls and I do think that George has shown that he works better with women in general than what he does with big Alpha broy men so maybe that's not a good thing for them in the future where Nina and Liz will be okay but I wonder how it's going to work out for Sam and David in the long run which I'm very excited to see play out over the course of the season now going into takeaway number two we finally get some Neenah content and all of us fans have been wanting Nina to get a little bit off content because we know the Legacy she comes from we know the fact that she's got Sandra as a mother means that she will have some strategy to her game she showed a strategic awareness the first time she played the game and I thought she could go very deep and be a threat That season but this season it's been very low-key it was almost like a purple edit for Nina and we've not heard much from her or David who's her right-hand person in this game but finally we get that hidden scene that we didn't see in week one that gives us a little bit of a backstory and why she came back to play the game again and we hear say in her own words that she's been laying low she's been an automatic cruising along the highway as this Alliance has taken her deep in the game but she now realizes that people are starting to make moves and she is seeing the dynamic shift with Simon coming on board and she started to worry about her own potential spot within that Alliance and

01 She is willing to work with Sam and also reach out to Liz which I think is all very positive things from Nina I think we're hearing from Nina for the right reasons now if she had an overflow of content suddenly happening around her I would be fearful that she could be out very soon but I feel like the editor's telling us she's now going to become a main character which she has not been a main character to date do I think she can win the season I feel like a winner does need to have a presence throughout the season I don't think she's had it but you never know she could still become the biggest player this season a lot of people like to remind me Benji hardly had any content in his season but then became the biggest player of that season alright moving on to number three George declares war on the OG Heroes tribe the super villains tribe he is not happy about the fact that Jordy was sent packing and he says that he's holding two people hostage in the tribe and that he's gonna cut them loose and this is the reason why George did not win his first season he is showing us once again he's a great showman I love what he brings to the show I know a lot of people are 50 on him some people love him some people hate him me personally I love big characters I love the full of shepherds the coach Wades the Georges the Luke tokis I love the bombastic characters out there and I think that they make the show but

21 Him declaring war and being you know like he doesn't have vaness about how he does things he's like a bullet of china shop he takes a hammer to the problem every single time I don't think it's gonna gain him some friends or respect if he does get to the end of this game and I think even though he might go there and say I was the biggest target this season after Haley and you guys still let me go to the end I just don't think people are going to respect him I think that the comparison that some people are making between him and Russell Hans is very fair and that he could very well be a Russell hunt that goes to the end twice and still not learn that the social game is important I love George I think he's probably an awesome guy in real life but he's definitely not making friends out there but is it entertaining to watch hell yes him and Shawnee blatantly sitting out and just throwing the shallows I think has got to be I think it has to be the most blatant throw in the history of any Survivor and if there is a more blatant one let me know in the comments below because I can't remember a time that somebody made it as clear that they are not trying to win a challenge and I even thought what would happen if the heroes try to throw it as or the supervillains try to throw it as well that would have been exciting to see two tribes disable we're not going to compete then and what will jlp do in that case I wonder if survivors ever thought about that being a possibility but they're throwing it because they want to get rid of people that are not a part of their Alliance and they want to protect Liz

41 On the other side George also talks to Liz and gets a little bit of information in the middle of the challenge and he finds out that Simon has flipped he's not working with them and that he's provided his Idol to flick and Matt and he's got to be careful and make some contingency plans as they head back to Camp number four Stevie has a big decision to make this episode and it was interesting because Stevie got a lot of content this episode but I feel like he got a lot of content for the wrong reasons and the edit is showing us why he's not going to win this show firstly if you're in an alliance you want to be able for people to think that you're solid even if you're not solid and him being wishy-washy I'm going and talking to the other players in the game and not making George and Shawnee understand or letting them in on what is being discussed I think has driven a wedge between the likes of Shawnee and George and Stevie and Jerry is starting to full himself into that spot getting closer to the top of the hierarchy because he is someone that is loyal and someone that they can trust to do what they need to be done you know Stevie coming in trying to make votes and be this player with all these different plans I think is showing us why he potentially didn't win the first time and went out early and why he again will not last very long after the merge it was really funny to see the scene in the beginning of

01 The episode with flick and Matt both went up to Stevie and talked to him and said you know Simon send us and he said you can be trusted and you know it's operation Destiny with the triangle and Stevie's saying that's powerful stuff you know that's my sign I really enjoyed it and I think Stevie did play it right and I will give him some credit here that he at least entertained their idea you know made them think that he was going to be a part of it because that always made him a non-option as the potential vote when they played the Idol because they thought they could potentially work with him in the game but I do find it hilarious that you know Simon I think he's a lovable guy like I said I have had some conversations with him he's a great guy via DM and that but Simon just seems to get everything wrong like he still thinks he's got any kind of clout over Stevie after he was ready to cut him loose after his turn is back on Jordy you know I don't think Stevie trusts him as far as he can throw him and he definitely can't throw him very far so it was entertaining to see Stevie does end up sticking with the power structure here in this episode but I do fear for him and the Damage he may have done to his own game and being wishy-washy in this episode all right going into number five here flick ends up not taking the deal that George gives her and George tries to talk to her more than once he tries to get a contingency plan

22 In place he tries to tell her listen you may not even need to play your Idol if you don't play your idol I'll bring you in I'll protect you I want to work with you in the game after the merge like have you thought about after the merge and flicking him are very cagey with each other because they've played together they both know where their strengths and weaknesses lies George is very good with the seat he's very good with strategy flick is very good with a social game so they kind of don't trust each other and it's a little bit of a Mexican standoff when they get to Tribal Council because George says hey if you throw your idol in the fire I will protect you in this game and I found it laughable that Shawnee said she would have taken that deal because we no we both know Shawnee is better than that she would not have taken that deal so flick not taking the deal is definitely the right move you cannot trust George you don't know what George is going to do in the game and if he's going to just Blindside you for great TV so I think she did the right thing not playing it but I would have gone potentially one step further if I was unsure about Stevie's vote which I don't know if they were or not I would have probably held that idle close to my chest and not have played it and try to bargain on the fact that they might not vote me because they would think I'm going to play the idol you know and then I mean obviously it didn't work out well for Jordy so it shows why Survivor can be a Gamble but then at least they've got a one

42 And two shot in the next Tribal Council they could still Bluff and make it even harder on that power structure to vote them out I love how gel P directed this vote as well in the tribal council and how he told her like listen the deal's still on do you want to take it and he was kind of like facilitating the conversation there you know gel Piet is best and allowing for George to just run Tribal Council and give him golden content overall flick doesn't end up taking the deal she plays this Idol it's a little bit of a for me I'm not as exciting to see her play the fake Idol as it would have been if Simon tried to play it would have been pretty satisfying but we do see in the next on survivors section that Simon may be in big trouble because they might think that he did it on purpose which is funny because he just can't seem to get a win in this game you know so I do want to see the aftermath of that and this season has just been delivering on all fronts for me I'm enjoying it so much I hope you guys are enjoying it be sure to subscribe be sure to hit the like button comment below with your own thoughts and for now grab your torches head back to Camp I'll see you tomorrow night bye
