Top 5 Players Not Returning: Survivor South Africa Return

00 Welcome back to the nullified tank where we've got the tnt takes for you on survivor south africa i don't know what the season's going to be called but some have called it an all-stars some have called it a second chance season and we have had some great news dropped this week obviously there's a lot of survivor content going on worldwide at the moment we've got survivor australia australian survivor that is playing at the moment and also survivor 42 that's going to start this week but in the midst of all of this we got bombshell information dropping from none other than inside survivor redmond has given us a little bit of a list here on who's potentially going to be back for this next season which was very interesting i think a few people were surprised by some of the names that came up and what i'm going to do in this video is i'm going to talk about the biggest snubs in my opinion from this season like who am i shocked not to see come back but let's have a look here really quickly at the article that dropped this week on inside survivor go check out the channel yourself it's insidesurvivor.com i'm sure most of you guys are across it says here that survivor recently wrapped up filming for its very first ever returnee season and these are the rumored cast members that are going to be in this season so it's

21 Chappies dante dino you guys can go and have a read here through this i'm going to do another separate video that will go into more detail about the cast members that's coming back and my early thoughts in regards to the cast members themselves but for this video specifically i do want to talk about the people that i think were completely snubbed this season that i am shocked not to see return and come back this season so the very first person for me that i'm extremely shocked not to see come back this season is vanir you bad vanner is a massive fan of the show he played an extremely good game in the philippines where he pretty much ran the strategy as far as we as viewers were concerned for the whole season and i think most people that season thought that vanner was going to win that season and that he would be one of the most dominant winners we've ever seen in any franchise of the show he was really good at finding idols he was good at managing and directing an alliance to do blind sites i mean tony's blind side comes to mind and again you know on that cast list of who we're going to be seeing come back this season tony is on that castle so have the producers missed out on a massive opportunity

41 Here to get a vanner versus tony head-to-head clash that i think we as fans would have loved to have seen sadly he's not going to be on the season and i think that some people may even say that vanner you know if he won that season would have been up there with robin telly at that level of player so very shocked not to see him come back this season the second person here that i am really shocked not to see come back this season is going to be santoni engelbracht santoni is a fan favorite from last season she didn't win the fan favorite chappies that but still she was up there she was very close to chappies in that alliance she you know narrated such a big part of that season and was such a central focus point for the season jumping between different factions within alliances really riding that middle game super well to the point where on the podcast i did last year recapping that season i actually even compared her gameplay at times to someone like cassandra where it's anybody but me i thought she had an excellent run that season and it's funny because it came off the back of me saying that i wasn't convinced she was going to do well physically she might be one of the first boots out of the game i rated her quite low on my draft picks for that season and i completely changed my mind on suntony as a player

02 She would have been a big target probably coming back this season just because of how she played that game but still you know how is chappies going to do without any santanu or nesu help this season it's going to be interesting to see because he is the only returning player from immunity island in the merge tribe so this season for those who are not aware is going to be a pre-merge versus merge season so that's going to be interesting in itself to see how that will play out this season i like the theme i like the idea of it but again santoni's not there very surprised not to see her there and i'm wondering if it is because she couldn't make it and if she had other things in the schedule like who knows number three karan naidu is not going to be back here this season and karan very much is the banner of immunity island i mean i don't think the edit gave kiran as enough credit throughout the season to really show how much control he had off the strategy side of things but he very much ran that original vuna alliance when they got to the merge they got rid of marisha i think he was pretty much instrumental in making decisions now obviously tyson is another person i could have added to this list who was his right-hand person but you know i think that out of the two karan was the

22 One who really was the mastermind and you know it was interesting to see quran last season have the great relationships that he had across the board with people from you know different alliances getting them together people always felt like they could work with koran and he only got found out towards the end here in the final four it's very similar final four final five i can't remember my memory is not that good but he was he went deep you know and him and vanda to me are both very similar kind of players and by the way i know i'm jumping back and forth was also removed from jury that season so he really deserved another chance here from the producers to come back and play but yeah i'm very interested to see that we don't have ca run on this season again a mastermind strategist that we're not gonna have the opportunity to play in the first return east season number four someone that i've always on every podcast where i talk about survivors of africa i give a lot of credit to this player where sometimes people love them or hate him i know he was a fan favorite that season and he was and the island of secrets he was in that top three but jack burger does not get enough love like i mean the guy is a super fan he's watched all the shows he knows the strategy he can find clues and advantages he uses it in a creative way he knows how to do fake outs with idols the guy's a player and

42 You know that scene between him and steffy where he lied to steffy about playing the i that he was going to play the idol and then he didn't do he faked it out and steffy completely went off on him i think we're missing the opportunity to see steffy and jack back on the same season and it would have been interesting to see how they work together and if they could work together this season i think we're missing out as an audience on that potentially happening here that's happening this season and the thing with jacques that i really always appreciated and loved is that he's for most part that season played from the bottom and he did so really well to get as deep as he did in the game i would have loved to have seen if he could replicate that or even go one better this season and potentially get into a strong alliance where in his mind he wasn't a strong alliance in that season but he didn't know he was always at the bottom but can he how would he play if he was actually in power and you know again it's just the scrappy player i love the scrappy player so jack berger not being on the season that's coming up for me absolutely got it not to see him there now number five is going to be an interesting one i think that some people may agree or disagree with this i do know that she was loved online by a lot of people and a lot of people said we need to get this person come back if they ever do a pre-merger season and carla gupp from last season was

02 Super popular i know they've got a lot of pre-mergers from immunity island coming back i think it might have been may even be three it's pinty they've got dino obviously coming back as well and then they've got teresa coming back from that season now i don't know like i mean dino solid pick we'll talk about all of these different people that are gonna come back in the other video that i'm gonna do but you know again pinty and teresa getting a nod before color maybe even teresa like i love teresa i've spoken to her before such a nice person and me saying that these five players should have been on and not some of these other players has nothing to do with the players that did get on i mean i'm gonna support and love this season regardless i'm a south african so i will always support the local franchise but i would have really found it interesting to have carla come back i mean she betrayed pointy last season as well so how would that have played out could pointy work with her this season you know i don't know if she betrayed her so much but she was the mastermind behind getting pinty out of the game and you know carla showed some great ability to be very strategic very cutthroat in this game and i think that if they didn't get rid of her as early as they did that season she was always going to link back up with people like karan who was very close to her as well and i feel like she probably got swap screwed more than anything else

23 Landing on a tribe with both chappies and paul who she wasn't close with so if there's a player from the preseason last season you know that i really would have liked to have seen back you know i'm happy with dino coming back i would have been super happy with carla getting another opportunity so i'm very shocked not to see kala on the season so to summarize my five players that i am really shocked not to see come back this season is vanir santoni kiran jak and kala i'm very interested to know what are you guys thinking who are the five players or one or two players that you're very surprised not to see come back in the season and do you guys think that they're not bringing some of these players back like a vanner or a quran or a jack or a santoni because when they have a full all-stars maybe in the future maybe two three four seasons down the line let's hope survivors of africa stays on the air for that long they are holding some of these players out to come back for a true all-star season there are some players that are playing this season though that i would think is true all-stars and i would like to see in that season but are some of these players being how are they holding back on them do you think it was just the scheduling issue who are the players let me know leave a comment below drop a like on this for more content of survivor as always i've been plugging this quite a bit but since it is survivor content
