1:32 I te you're a big fan as well I'm not but I did I was a big fan of that scene like I love that nerdy Pokemon talk where everyone's just zoning out and doesn't care but they'll just do it anyway yeah I mean I know Pokemon I've got a I've got a young daughter my wife loves Pokemon I'm not in that world but I've I'm adjacent so when they said it I understood everything he said and I was like oh no I understood everything he said Gabe obviously understood everything he said because he's it's in it's in his picture I got you're right I just made Ur Pokemon I listen I've got an idea like I remember watching Pokemon as a kid for like a little bit when Ash was still the main character in it from memory and then after that it just I couldn't tell you what's going on in Pokemon or anything like I mean I just when I watched the Pikachu was the strongest Pokémon of them all to give you an idea and I'm sure he's not anymore Brando and you know Drew could help you out I'm sure yeah listen love that segment as well it was funny seeing Emily in the background and it's like I couldn't tell if she was with them in the conversation interested or wanted to just get out of there like but she didn't move away from them so I was like I was perplexed

4:12 Five episodes in it's tracking in the right direction at the moment and the 90minut episodes delivers I mean we just spoke about the Pokemon scene I don't even know if we would have gotten that in the normal 40-minute episodes yeah no we do get a little bit more bang for our buck isn't it like you're sitting down investing and we get way more of the island stuff we get way more of the relationships we even get like little background montages and stuff and it just adds to the overall texture of the show you know what I mean like I appreciate context and I appreciate filling them out as more well-rounded characters and people yeah absolutely agree with you on that gab says that he retired at age 10 after 25 years I need some of that Fountain of Youth is all I'm going to say whatever he's drinking I need that's I can stay young for longer as well Cas was having a laugh at Gabe and then Christina back in the live as well hey CHR and Kahuna nice to catch the catch you today it's good to have you here Christina we just started so it's good timing we started from the Reba tribe Kahuna and you know there's the Fallout I didn't get to talk to both yourself and Jake about my feelings with sha quitting absolutely hated it l the episode and then we got to the quit and it says a lot that I'm enjoying the season even though we've had two quits so you know in such quick succession within this season which I really don't

5:32 Enjoy we' we've set our piece about production having to be better in the vetting process and all of that I know sha feels really bad about the fact that he quit he's come out and said afterwards it was a spur of a moment thing where maybe if it happened when he was on the beach he would have gotten over it but it happened at Tribal Council where everybody goes through those moments and he kind of acted on it and felt really bad afterwards and you know he kind of goes out and he lobs a bit of a grenade at the girls in the tribe because he lets seu know on the way out he didn't vote for him and I mean seu know what's the motivation for sha who was mentally checked out to lie to him on the way out there was zero motivation for it so he knows there's a bit of Truth and a lot of this episode deals with that sort of aftermath within the Reba tribe yeah who voted seu Sean said he didn't that's for sure so yeah I kind of like that from sefue like I mean he knew cuz he even asked like who voted for then like the letter D so when they're just straight up lying to him like he gets it and then at some point he's like okay maybe sea was lying to me and he's like I'll keep that in my pocket I'll do my sefue stuff and investigate I don't know about like I kind of appreciate I'm not sure if it's a good move or a bad move but when you lie about something right and D

9:34 Not with him that's one less Reba member going into a merge situation which means that four could be on the outside but my favorite players at the moment is Julia D Austin and Drew th those are my players like that I'm so behind to try and see if we can get them towards the end and I know between the two of us we've got two of those players in our teams each so I mean it's in our benefit to see that Alliance go deep not in Jake's benefit that's probably why he missed this live today because another tough week at the office for him he's like this he's watching like this the whole time just eyes down and shamed yeah I don't know like because it seems like coming to the merge obviously Lulu original Lulu is D and D said Caleb and Emily going to play middle game will I flip to this side with you know we're now hot property because there seems to be a looming war between Reba and Bellow and will seu have any you know any sh to go to or does he have to stick to his original reer because he doesn't really have any other connections whatsoever even within Reber he's on the outside right so can he flip successfully to Bellow against reer we'll see because they've got numbers too right it's not like they're desperate at the moment but it could be yeah like any little move might start the Avalanche so yeah it looks good for see if he can go se's got some hope let me tell

20:16 I really am getting behind Jake like I want Jake not to be pulled from the game and like he said he's trying to trying to F he fought his way into the game and then he wants to fight his way like to the end and be voted out within the game so just the scary moment crazy to see it happening twice I am worried you are I am worried yeah I'm worried because it seems like there is something this like you don't just pass out twice like that like I mean I don't know maybe it is because he's starving and his body has gone through and he's gone through as much changes as he has like surely losing that amount of weight in the time period that he's done it and then starving yourself like I mean you don't know what the body is going through stress wise cuz that's a significant change how much was a 287b it's a significant amount of weight that he's lost yeah he's done he's done really well and I think one of the biggest things from that is the psychological side as well like he's he still thinks he's a big guy it's hard like it's hard to get past that even once your body transformed the mind doesn't always follow suit and now he's seeing his body let him down that's going to be even harder for the psychological side so I am interested to see how he comes out of it I'm not too worried cuz I the fact that he said like I'm doing the challenges like I'm not having any problems in the challenges it's just that

25:36 Very bad for him like maybe one of the f I know he did have a bit of a misstep with the way he played his Idol hunt but Drew's been playing really good I think he's smart he's good at the game I just thought he could have played that one a little bit smoother and maybe Basil's a little bit too like aggro and need a little bit more Drew in that scenario there yeah but still took over in that conversation in my mind but Emily playing it right happy to be in the middle one thing I will Mark Emily down on though in this episode is that when the conversation starts happening and Brando has the fake conversation later on in the episode about let's vote for Kendra and Emily I felt was pretty aggressive in trying to like go to Drew and say who's telling the truth I don't fully believe you and it's like almost like she wanted to I don't know it was that part of Emily that came out that we saw in the first episode where sheive herach I like if Drew and Austin had options in this moment that Emily would have just been someone they would have discarded because of how she approached that conversation but they were desperate themselves they needed that number more than worrying about her approach and she's coming across as very aggressive in that approach I don't know how else to put it like it just didn't something felt off for me and how she approached Drew because Drew knew at that point that oh no I'm in trouble

26:57 Yeah like we see it like there's so much growth in Emily she is listening and modifying her game and we saw it a little bit this episode I don't know if you picked up on this Chris but the alien Alliance yeah she stayed quiet I picked up on it she's like yeah maybe whereas with pyamid a lion said Lulu she was like nah I don't believe that so she's learning but it's still there it comes out every now and then Caleb said that in one of the other episodes that she's trying but every now and then the little the original Emily just comes out a little bit especially when you know she feel like she's maybe being lied to and trying to figure out her game she's got to do the qualitative quantitative analysis on everything you know so that's where it comes out of yeah listen em Emily is definitely she's you know she's carrying Jake's team at the moment like I think and we'll probably get to the points a little bit later on she is yeah like well funny enough there's another person who's doing really well in his team as well which I didn't realize like she's not carrying the team as much as I thought but she's one of his two top Point gets I mean he's only got three left after this episode so it's slim pickings for him from this point if you got to if you've got to put your Hope on Emily to win this season it's in di rats like you can put your Hope on her to give you a lot of points though because I feel like the edit loves her there's a story to be told there and we're going to get a lot more content let's go into a few more of the comments just before we

28:17 Get into the next segment here Chris says I don't know if Emily had a bad read but saying Brando and KRA were unbreakable or if brand was just so good at bonding with people he didn't get along with I think Brando is a good player I really think that they got rid of a good player here it showed because Brando was the person who Kelly felt the closest to as well and I think Kelly's a good player so this is where Brando's game really got went down do you think approaching Drew and flipping on Kendra so readily and so quickly was the right move I don't think he wanted to do actually do it like I think he was just trying to not what he said in the moment was I just didn't want Drew to Target me so if the votes were to go in a way well I didn't control it at least votes were going to fall on Kendra opposed to me so he was just trying to throw her in front of him in case the votes came but I don't think he was actually going to follow through with it he wanted to vote with Kendra and Emily so up until that point where he basically got not busted in the line but Emily seems to believe Drew more than him yeah where was Emily heading before that it was still going to be Drew and Austin there was real no shot for Kendra cuz I just think maybe instead of approaching Drew he might have been better putting efforts into recruiting Emily and really building that Rel relationship a little bit more rather than flipping on Kendra going to Drew because that ended up causing a little bit of thing where he had to

29:37 Have the conversation with Emily and get drawn out for it essentially so I'm not sure if like maybe spending that time with Emily a bit more than just doing some weird back you know back moves kind of thing like either way I think just the advantages that Drew and Austin has and the fact that they were willing to talk to Emily about them I think it was enough but I was like oh brand a good move when he did it I thought it was a good move and then Drew was like no it didn't happen I was like a like very easily undone I was like oh that's interesting move but then completely just undone so easily I think that something that must have played into Emily's mind and why she was thinking about going with Bellow in the early parts of this episode was the fact that Caleb is now on the tribe with most of the Bellows so Caleb clearly is going to get to a point where he's going to build some relationships and bonds with them and Caleb is probably still her number one at this stage in the game should be her number one right so it's an easy thing to come together at the merge and just fall into that but the counter argument is that you know this is why Survivor is such a complicated game is that if she makes friends with people who are from the original red tribe that's probably a an opportunity to bond and make alliances with something that Caleb doesn't have at the moment so it gives Caleb and herself more options when they

30:57 Get to the merch where they can be like okay I betrayed Brando but this is why I'm happy to come with you when whenever we need to but they could play that middle ground effectively between the two alliances almost like the tika 3 did in the last season because they've got connections on both sides going into the merch so yeah ultimately I like this move from Emily the only thing I would say is that knowing there are some advantages in the game at the moment is risky and I want to talk about that amulet later so we're going to keep we're going to keep for a bit of a later discussion here I wanted to bring up Jay saying by the way I'm calling it now I think Katra is going to be the ear the merge boot because after going for Bruce was so long very similar to Ellie targeting G in 43 we saw how that worked out for Ellie would that mean Bruce is going to win this season if that is the case if Katura is Ali and Bruce is gaer can you see a Bruce win kuna is it happening no I can't I don't think I don't think the jury would oh maybe they would cuz you know like if they if they buy in but I just don't see it because he's already had no matter what he does as wackies is as much as he dances as much as he makes jokes and laughs there's still some people like coutura obviously not Emily not but I think there's that little string of he's been here before

32:17 Like and it just sits in the back of people's minds and I think too much experience he had that Advantage he had that advantage of how to get past Council right he just having to a tribal council before he came in with so much experience that you know clearly gave him a leg up yeah like he was a CB coming back to play the season and he had the ability to name drop Kane all the way from Canada which was such a big advantage to his game that you know how coulder yeah hanging Kane's a cool dude you know so I mean if you could you'd hang out with him as well but you know like I think it was a funny scene this episode seeing Katra and Bruce sto at it I've been on the I'm with Jay I've been on that whole cut I going to go before Bruce for a long time because she's so razor focused on him while other players can find a way to work with Bruce and they can ignore the things that annoy them I can see Caleb potentially wanting to go after Bruce at some point as well because Caleb did a lot of interesting things here man because we see him create all these connections with different people within the Lulu tribe like he's having conversations one onone with everybody and then having these conversations he figured out that K is the power player like he figured out everybody's like oh we need to talk to C and then he's like okay I need to get close to c k is where the real power is that's where I can influence

1:09:42 Points at the moment his biggest Point getter at the moment surprise surpris is Jah at 34 points who would who would have thought she's just overtaken Emily and reason for it is because she has been one of the most successful people in winning immunities outright so she's got 20 challenge points for winning immunities outright only equaled by D Julie and seu at this point when it comes to that so really challenge win is carrying her Emily obviously having only won one immunity challenge outright or reward challenge outright Emily has got a total points of 32 she's in second place and then Jake is in 20 has got 22 points making up his teams 115 points the gap between first and second place is narrow there are currently there is eight points between first and second place gun in second place 18 made up a lot of lot of space here 184 points top Point getter in your team is Austin on 48 points obviously plays two successful Advantage plays this week right that was that helped that definitely helped and then you've got d as your second person there with 37

1:11:02 Points Kali also got some points this episode and she's your third highest on 31 points but she now also has an advantage in her hands which has definitely helped you out with the point situation a lot my team has only got one person with an advantage and that's Drew at this stage but they are doing very well in the confessionals Caleb has got I believe the most confessionals now off the season with 28 Drew is second with 23 for the season but pointwise Drew is still at number one for my team he is sitting at 48 equal with Austin for most points this season at this stage so the do is doing well together Caleb second on 38 points and then Julie coming in as my third highest at 30 points and the biggest disappointment for me off the season has been Bruce even though he's been a big personality he hasn't had the most confessionals which doesn't look good for him potentially winning the season out right in my mind but there you have it K you're doing good catching you next week it'll be I'll I would have flipped it or it's a big comeback for Jake maybe well Jake has got a lot of ground to make up like it's going to be amazing if he does come back from the position he is and currently I think even if he has the winner with
