0:01 And welcome back to Survivor 46 and 46 this is day number 40 Tony just won Survivor winners at War from the comfort of his own house because we are definitely in the pandemic era of the show there's a lot that I want to like touch on with this because I know for a lot of folks this season is very high for them and I understand why you know the Nostalgia the fact that we're seeing a lot of players that we haven't seen in years come back and I get that I'm going to start this off by saying that no matter how good the season is and it is it is also fairly overrated but we're gonna get that out of the way now so that we can discuss why I think that today I'm joined first by tamy and making his first return since Borneo we've got Jacob and tamy we'll just start with you when winers at war first aired who were you most excited to see coming out there because we've seen some of these people return once or twice were you excited to see a lot of those returnees or like the people that only played one time I think I was excited to see some of my favorite players return specifically some of my favorite winners

1:21 One of those people being Jeremy I started watching Survivor during the era when Jeremy first started playing thinking about BL versus water and he was a person who I just lashed on to as a big fan and seeing him play again against other winners was something I was super excited for Jacob for me I had been I started watching Survivor very late in survivor's career tenure it was unfortunately it's HHH so I've only watched all fire making I was roing for Ryan but no I pr much I'm for Ben this season no that's even worse but no I've watched every it's pretty much been Force fir making onwards I've watched live but I've retroactively went back to watch some of these seasons and just as like the culture shock of it all of seeing Ule back seeing Kim back seeing Sophie seeing Denise some of my favorite winners although I don't know how popular that group specifically is in the grand scope of winners people look at Kim the greatest winner so like Denise and Sophie I think even before I like Den s and that is one thing that we're gonna talk about Legacy in a little bit

2:41 Like whatever that means from three jamokes on the internet but for me going into this season and I've talked about this through the last 39 days of the people that I was more excited to see coming back from wers a waren who I wasn't I out Flatout said Ben Nick and Adam I really did didn't need back Danny Boatright even though I really enjoyed her win in Guatemala and it was fun to have someone from Guatemala come back didn't need only because and we can start with this there are people that I felt needed to be there that weren't there I won't talk about Earl Cole because I know that he was busy and he couldn't go out and play so I won't mention Earl in the situation I will mention Chris from vanatu I will mention the sepia I will mention once again like the Todd I feel like I would be I would have been cool with Todd I don't know if he was still going through his stuff at this point but Todd would have been fun but it was just more of a Ben and Nick especially I was just like I don't need them and I feel like the way that they are portrayed in the season and how out of their element they seen for a lot of the season I feel like as a testament to that Ben basically quits Nick you know he

4:01 Has this fun little Underdog thing but not an Underdog Story like Michelle or Jeremy have it's Nick just being like okay and I just I don't care about any of it Timmy if there was a couple of people that you would have replaced some of this cast with who are you thinking number one on my list is definitely vpia as a winner of one of the earlier Seasons who played a game that was so different from how Survivor was thought of during the that time in that era I thought that her not even getting a call for the opportunity to come back was something that was just completely missed I feel like if we were to replace Adam or Ben in the season with bpia the Dynamics would have changed so much I think Jacob I kind of want to pick you back I want with three for three I also really wish vpio was given the chance back I think the only other winner that didn't get a call back that I like for sure didn't get a call back was Brian heidik and the fact that they're both in the same category just kind of heidik is sociopath I know why he didn't get the call back but not like that's just wrong and I will say this so me personally I love Richard Hatch I would have loved to see him on the season I think that you know after 39

5:22 Survivor really wanted to do a lot of damage control and a lot of Optics like the focus on the Optics and you can't focus on the Optics and have I mean I don't I think that they told Rich you can't go there naked then they prob like he probably wouldn't have but I think they were trying to their ass is poorly they handled everything the season beforehand that they don't call him back so even Richard I will put in the Earl category of okay I get it but you know and someone in the comments mentioned Mike over Ben I said that during worlds ofart as well I think Mike Holloway would have been way more of a compelling character than Ben fireworks and everything is happening tonight so if you start hearing stuff that's what that is I think that because Ben from the jump is being portrayed as this Bumpkin you know there's this there's a scene where him and Rob are walking and he's like yeah I've heard your name and Rob goes who'd you hear it from and Ben's just acting all koi and everything and Rob is able to use Boston Rob tactics on Ben and he just folds in another situation he tries he finds the idol and Tony catches him and he still tries to hide it as if oh yeah I don't know what's going on here did you feel like

6:42 And both of y'all can answer this question did you feel like everyone got a for what this is a cast of 20 all you know all 20 being winners do you feel like everyone got a fair edit I guess you think that everyone got the screen time of an all- winner season you know from beginning to end I don't know Tim you can go first I'm still thinking like I'm trying to figure out exactly I think Denise got shafted for like I was because I look at the end Gamers right and I think that one of the people in the end game who outlasted the edge of Extinction twist if I felt like there's so many if I have so many questions about like what they were doing in the game Who they're aligning with because I feel like we went from like one episode she was sighting with like the Kim bradlin the Tyson side of things and then just like the next episode we're just expected to believe she was always the fourth of like the Tony Sarah Ben group and I'm just like where's the context to this especially since like she has what I'd argue to be the moment of the Prem merge in taking out Sandra with Sandra's own I now mind you do I think that was the at the time I thought was a bad move cuz I didn't see her relationship

8:02 With Tony I was thinking I mean if Sandra's extending that Olive Branch then use the idol to save yourself but vot off Tony or something like that Forge a relationship with Sandra obviously this big Target in front of you but I thought for someone like that I felt like they'd highlight her I'm like oh this is the one who took down the queen she's the queen Slayer and forgot about her yeah I think there's other people who I complain about as well like obviously you mentioned like Nick and Ben although Ben I think was more accurate to what it was and I felt like for like a cast of all winners I thought they would try to minimize on like the flaws I thought Adam was like a very fun character IAM on him throughout All That season and I was like damn that's unfortunate because I know we mentioned you know Earl vpia and I'm thinking I don't know if this was the best case scenario given the pool that we had of winners because I would replace Mike with I'd replace Ben with Mike I would have I love Adam but I feel like I would have been more eager to see Todd than Adam although I know someone commented like maybe Todd wasn't emotionally or psychologically prepared or ready to go back out there I think it's weird for the first two winners to not be on here either but I get it for like optic reasons like Richard couldn't be

9:23 There I don't know I just thought we were just going to see top tier gameplay and I feel like there was way more dunking on players and them making dumb mistakes than I remembered from light's watch Tammy yeah and if I can just add to that I definitely think that there were some moments where I felt like the edit was fair I think overall I do think that edit was fair in the sense of I feel like we got what needed to be seen to understand how the season played out but I definitely think that people like Denise for example or even players like wendle weren't really shown to be playing the game that they were actually playing at that time like you know we see Michelle in her season that she won play a social game but not really get the edit to be seen as a social player and I think that for people to be considered threats and to be talked about as if they have these many social bonds or they're going to win at the very end I don't think we really got to see a whole lot of those moments and that kind of added in perspective on these winners to see them as social threats but I do think we got a whole lot of the Tony show for I mean obvious reasons but yeah and I honestly and i' I've talked about this a lot here I think I specifically talked about it during South

10:43 Pacific for me watching this season I thought it was going to be Sophie or J I mean I was rooting for Jeremy and based off how the season was going I thought it was going to be Sophie and until Sophie leaves I'm thinking oh yeah Sophie's gonna win and as soon as she leaves for me that's when it became the Tony show because at that point he's got I mean two of the final six basically lay down and let the him win they basically just quit but I'm all right with the Tony show this time about this Z Kagan Tony establishes himself as a great character in that season but he establishes himself as a great player in this season I think that you know Tony is the character is what you know brings him back for Game Changers but I think that Tony the player and the winner of this season I think is a testament to how he was able to change his style of play through three seasons and you know he was basically playing with house money and Game Changers we might even we must not even count that I want to touch on this question I always wondered why did H why did Michelle and Natalie vote Sarah at final six inste Denise as I think it would have fractur the alliance more than having Sarah come back with her at number one Tony I thought about that too today the only thing I can think about is maybe they just saw Denise as more of a jury threat than

12:04 Sarah I was confused by that as well because they have they shouldn't care that Denise wants to leave but did anyone have any thoughts before I move on no I agree I think watching that moment and Jeff even saying like are you giving up and seeing everybody still vote out somebody else like in that Tribal Council and you know leaving Sarah in the game I think I would agree was maybe a missed opportunity to really fracture them two and really put Tony down a pig in terms of the game that he was playing yeah it's go ahead sorry I it's also I kind of want to pigy back off of the idea like Jeff like obviously people quitting because we've had a couple of kind of like falling on the swords of the new era and the way that he handles it over there is just kind of like well I mean we don't even need to vote like we're not going to we're just going to skip all that and just go into snuffing the torch the tribe of spoken DEA spoken what have you and I it was that was another thing that made it really weird because I just came off of obviously seeing like Banu and seeing like both Hannah and Sean was a little bit different I don't know why they treated Sea's case differently although he blatantly said vote me off was a similar

13:25 Nature of those other two so like I saw Den using this as like a ploy I don't know it was a very weird moment for me not only seeing that but then I also now Brian mentioned it so Brian highlighting I guess this being more like a blunder because like I felt like Denise we didn't see on the show if Denise was close enough to where like wouldn't they think that Denise would be easier to flip than SAR would I honestly think I don't think anyone's flipping at that point I think that Michelle and Natalie were this like once Natalie comes back it's this because those and that's and I and I tweeted this out earlier and I because every time I've watched this season after the first time it has slowly fallen down my rankings like it's still probably gonna end up in the top 10 stay tuned to the end find to find that out but it slowly moved down the top 10 I've always tried to figure out why because there's nothing wrong with it even though yes our favorites go home pre merge and yes it is kind of a steamroll for Tony that kind of stuff didn't bother me because it made the pre merge I enjoyed the pre-merge despite I was the fact and watching Tony play a different game than he did in Kagan is a lot of fun and I realized today why this season gets kind of gets the air sucked out of it not in the way of like island

14:45 Of the idols or game changers it's because once they get rid of Tyson and once they get rid of Sophie it becomes Tony's Alliance versus Michelle and Jeremy and Michelle and Jeremy and Kim they're being portrayed as The Underdogs of the season and they are you don't like Ben because Ben's playing the DK chilling game of if I'm not strategizing with you then I'm not going to socialize with you and he ises Jeremy out for an entire episode because he does he's so pissed off that Jeremy used his safety without power to make sure because he was getting voted out that's what's so messed up about the next episode is his Alliance isn't pissed off with them everyone else is pissed off with them and it's like yeah what did you why but it's Ben that specifically the most aggravated the fact that Jeremy keeps staying it keeps having all these confessionals about oh yeah I don't want Jeremy here because he's a threat and the jury likes him and I'm like I don't believe you but I don't want to imply anything listen I can speak oh no you're good I think I want to start off by saying strongly that with this being

16:05 The Fourth of July season 40 is the Fourth of July of Survivor in the sense that for black folks especially at least in my opinion it's like okay it's a good season but maybe not for us you see Jeremy and Wendell and everybody's like oh we have to split them up meanwhile us is running the whole game you know it's like I don't know but yeah I'm just thinking about the Dynamics of that I like that reference what happened you know like season 40 Fourth of July 4 so I'm thinking about all that's that's that is that's a great comparison because that's that is how I felt today it was just like why do all these people want Jeremy gone so badly but they're not paying attention to the fact that Tony is just kind of moonwalk walking his way to the end of the game and I've always said historically oh man Sarah probably wins as she makes for the end I don't think that after watching it today s Sarah almost everything that Sarah thinks is going on oh Natalie doesn't have an idol oh Tony you've just sank my game because you voted out Sophie oh this that and the other it's like no Tony's actually right the majority of the time when him and Sarah are bouncing stuff

17:25 Off of each other and the funny part is you know he has his spy nest and I kept thinking today I'm like he doesn't trust Sarah that much that she can just go talk to somebody and then come tell him you know this is what we talked about he has to make sure that she doesn't right and I think it's because she has proven time and time again this season that she doesn't actually understand what's going on Jacob I didn't know if you want to say anything before we moved on because I want to I want to start at the beginning and kind of work our way through I guess even though told you I wasn't going to do that no it's all good go ahead well the two things I'll talk about the thing you guys mentioned with Jeremy and then I'll talk about Sarah just in a moment like win equity and whatever the hell obviously it's a bit different for me the only person who I'm Hispanic right I had Sandra was doomed from the start there was no chance that no and I won't I won't agree with you because if she was they had the second vote of the season they could have just IM if you have somebody on season has won twice She's Gotta Go she's got to go I don't think I thought she was like I felt it was going to be impossible for her to make it all the way to the end is what I'm saying like I feel like yeah like I mean she was the most she was the juiciest Shield of shields like the whole

18:45 Thing is like you could be a winner again and we have someone who's already accomplished that without needing a whole all- winner season to accomplish that so that aspect of it was obviously very discouraging for me that the one person who does stay who doesn't stay the whole 39 days is Sandra but I remember being very perplexed by obviously Ben's bitri all towards Jeremy I just I just remember which that this doesn't have any undertones to it I just think it's really funny during tribal War Den is like I'm just done I'm done with you like who the you think you're talking to I just that was just a very fun moment but yeah no I and we have this comment and I do want to touch before we started the beginning we know beforehand that this is going to be an edge of Extinction twist no I said during what two days ago when I did Edge Of Extinction that I don't necessarily hate the Twist and I don't hate that season like I think it's a it's a fine season and I think that the reason that edge of Extinction and it was pointed out during that episode that the work that the reason that edge of Extinction works better this season is because it's returs as people that we care about because I'll tell you watching it today I was enjoying the jumping to the edge and then coming back to Camp I was enjoying those segments and I and it's

20:05 Because I was emotionally attached to damn near everyone that was getting voted out and sent out there I think the Rob thing was very cheesy about him finishing the challenge after he had already lost it's not quit he said oh yeah I don't want to quit it's like you're not quitting you lost it doesn't matter it's over I don't I don't hate edick specifically in this season because we get to spend more time with these like ules parties what have you that we would have just lost if it was a regular season Timmy how did you feel about the actual Twist of edge of Extinction this season we won't talk about the other twist yet but just the edge of the edge of Extinction aspect of the game I completely agree I think that it works so well because not only do we have relationships and our own biases and connections with these players as viewers but they have these relationships with each other so when somebody like Amber is voted out and sent to the edge of Extinction and then we get to see everybody else react to it and the fact that she's still in the game and when somebody comes and joins her that she has a relationship with we get to see that emotional interaction you know it's kind of like having a b eye view of Ponderosa but in a sense that

21:26 They're not out of the game we get to see people cry when it's somebody that they like their husband like literally in Amber's case and being able to see that and experience that and have that change so many more Dynamics in the game is what I thought really worked about it and what made me really like it in this season especially Jacob yeah like I think that was I think the fact that was all winners like they have to do something like this of Extinction like or like offer some type of mechanic like how like Redemption Island both times that it came back was only on Seasons with rures like I feel like the big part of like the big a draw to this twist is that these people whom you've grown attached to who have these reputations who have these legacies whom you know and come to love now there's more of them that you get to see even after they get voted off I especially for this season as well I think there's so many pre-existing relationships at now there's not only more bravitas with the reactions of seeing people go home and how like you could actually see how this would affect someone's game because when it's rookies like who the hell cares that like Q didn't care that gem got voted off because like they have no relationship with each other they like seeing

22:46 I love sorry I really wish I was fart for no I your point your point is there exactly so like I felt that's very huge for us I will say the only thing that a bit annoyed me about the implementation of edge this season was the fact that's reason like I'm kidding I'm Sor okay well that supersedes my other thing but the other complaint that I had was because apparently there was so much that went on that influenced I mean apparently all these fights and like it's like you know that's not why I watch Survivor for but I feel like to have the best understanding of where Natalie's stance was from like a win Equity standpoint cuz then like we go there and was like there's a bunch of people who were never considering voting for Natalie whereas we saw Chris Underwood pretty much sweep the floor so I'm like did Natalie missplay did like was yeah what kind of like what happened in that and we will touch on that because I do feel like that is that is a big chunk of the story that we are missing from the season and that does fall into the editing of the season because both of yall have raised different points about how some situations some things are heavily under edited and for me you know the fact that the

24:06 Denise thing is a is a great example but even yes despite the fact that they were portrayed as bumpkins or fools or whatever Ben Adam and Nick kind of got the into the stick with the season and Wendell got the in and Timmy brought this up earlier and someone else WR in the comments like they needed a villain for this season and wend doesn't last long enough for them to like for him for them to portray him as the villain of the season because they can't portray Tony as it they can't portray Ben as it because he's working with Tony they can't portray sand or Sandra Sarah as it but they also can't portray Jeremy Michelle or Kim as it so at a certain point he's kind of going down the list and it's like okay I guess Wendell because he has this pre-existing thing with Michelle from a while ago let's just make let's demonize him and you know it kind of it feels off a lot of it feels off you know the fact that they were trying to break up Jeremy and Wendell when we are not shown anything that would make us believe that they are tight Sophie has a oh I know U Sophie has a confessional and I love Sophie but she does have confessional words it's like oh man they're tight and it's like so Sarah and Tony but she's working with them so I understand I

25:26 Understand where she's coming from right there the other twist that we that we get this season are the fire tokens that you Beque when you are voted out Ule has the best confessionals when it comes to the fire tokens because he thinks a lot of people think it too but ul's confessionals about oh what they could become and I think that they add an extra element to the game and this that and the other and I know someone pointed out that we were supposed to get fire tokens for 41 yes and Rick devans again and all that but for now this is the only time that we've gotten the fire tokens tell me what were your thoughts on a currency being introduced into the game for this season in particular I'm kind of mixed on it because on one end I think that having a currency having something for people to wager to barter to go to an ally with and trade or even to somebody who in the instance where Tony wins immunity and Ben gets a fire token to have those different moments and to see the fire token be gamified in that way I thought was interesting and brought some different elements to the season but on the other hand I think that some of the impact of it

26:46 In the game was kind of lackluster in terms of not having real opportunities to do anything with the fire tokens in the game and all of the fire tokens pretty much impacting the edge and you know people getting stuff from The Edge and then sending it to people in the game or bringing it when they reenter the game made the overall impact of fire tokens in my opinion not like the biggest on the game itself but it was a few strategic moments I thought was really interesting what about y'all Jacob I kind of I mirror the some of the same sentiments I kind of expected it to affect directly affect the game more than it did because I remember U I don't know why this quote keeps rning in my head 's my favorite winner probably that's why but like there adds like another layer duplicity that did not exist before at the tribal he got boarded often so like he was very much figuring out like the Optics of like Michelle playing parvity on her way out so that she can end up getting her tokens so that the tokens would be beneficial to you know his Alliance and they keep it intact you know web what have you but I really struggle because I think the only two moments that revolved around the fire tokens that I remember vividly was when Boston got his from Amber

28:07 And was like why I just got a fire token you call him Boston called him Boston you call Boston that means that devra and there was a second we just played the entire island of the idols together I'm not gonna and then extortion that whole that episode obviously the Tony episode where everything was just revolving around Tony somehow managing to get to pay off the debt to not only win the challenge but also pull off the pivotal vote which like add none of this happened what Jeremy wins that challenge instead and I don't know if that Jeremy's the last person to drop out I want to touch on this comment before we actually start talking about the beginning of the season I was happy the eoe rores didn't matter it makes the entire game from beginning didn't matter I and Gabe I know you me you messed you mentioned that during edge of Extinction that you can just watch episode one and final episode I still disagree I think that edge of Extinction as a whole is a lot of fun especially the stuff in the middle I think that here Tyson coming back I think that the

29:27 He plays no real part in it except for I really love him with his daughter during the family visit and we're going to touch on that but Natalie plays a very big role in that final episode I mean Natalie is a main character period during the season you know winners edit non-winners edit whatever Natalie has a lot of content on the edge and it's because she's CrossFit Jesus and can just do better than everybody else when it comes to everything out there to the point where she's stockpile she has so many fire token tokens that she's able to buy an idol peanut butter get three advantages in the final battle back and still have like six or seven tokens left over that's how much she was killing it out there so and then when she gets back you know her and her and Michelle get together and they're trying to do stuff and there is a big fault in Natalie's game towards the end that we're going to get to but I don't I wouldn't say that she didn't matter because she did so we're going we're Jacob go ahead I was about to say it's kind of like a contrast to like Chris from ioi where like you kind of like Chris is nowhere to be seen until the 11th Hour like Chris kind of it was almost like indicative of like just how the game played

30:47 Out it was just Chris kind of and the metal was just whoever made the big move last round whoever's the biggest threat on the table you get rid of them well you want Rick devans out but then the next that will go home and Chris kind of coming at the 11th hour and clutching it up and having Natalie actually play a much more significant role here and having this like interactive twist where they can influence what's going on in the game to kind of like I don't know if like they can leverage it obviously you we saw the extortion Advantage you know get Natalie and parvy for shared fire tokens I'm not entirely sure if like they shared it or they split it or they both got four I'm not entirely sure but or six tokens I think is what the split three whatever point being I was actually really happy to see that although while I'm happy the edge of Extinction attorneys did matter and impact the game in that regard I am happy an edge of Extinction person did not win I've been huge on like I know that just making Tim p no we're gonna we're gonna talk about that so we'll get there jumping back to the beginning of the Season we have you know they immediately say oh yeah it's $2 million we're going to go right into to our first immunity challenge everything goes down and then all of a sudden the and this is it was so fun to like not laugh at Adam

32:07 This season but you know when I talked about Mill versus Gen X the other day I talked about how that type of game play where everyone is in millenni versus Gen X everyone was trying to make big moves all the time and we saw what happened to every single person that tried to make a big move their ass got sent home and then this and Adam played did very well in that season because he would always he was always below the radar with a lot of stuff that was going on and then he did the exact opposite in this season where he's consistently trying to just do just to do we have like we've got a big move start big moves early because if we don't then we're just gonna we're gonna fall to the Wayside it's like that's not the if Adam had played the way he played versus Gen X he would have made it farther I don't think he wins whatever but I think that if he had played it a little better he would have made it farther but that's just an Adam thing what I more want to talk about are the way that the tribes are split up initially because I do think that they're with the few exceptions and I understand that a lot of people you can't keep everyone apart you can keep Robin Amber apart you should have kept Tony and Sarah apart you should have kept oh they did no they you should have kept Jeremy and Natalie apart but you didn't but you know did we like

33:27 The Dynamics of the OG tribes at the beginning of the season do you feel like they could have rearranged certain things so that we get different dynamics that we haven't seen in the past Tammy we'll start with you I think that they might have tried to divide it like okay old school new school player to where it's not just like completely sided on one side or another side if I'm you know remembering all the Sant tribes correctly but I do agree that it was some people who I think should have been separated and that it was maybe impossible to separate all the people who had super duper close ties to one another without making it to where the tribes really don't make any sense you know gender division wise strength division wise things like that Jacob I like the OG tribes I remember preseason they separated the guys from the girls so they were under the Press oh it's going to be guys versus girls which I thought would have been I don't know how I would have felt about that I do like what they did more I would I do agree though they could have separated Tony and Sarah that could have separated Natalie and Jeremy I just don't know who I would

34:47 Swap I guess maybe Natalie and Sarah had Sarah that was mentioned yeah that was mentioned in the comments and like I feel that would be the biggest one I want to we're going to be going all over the place but I want to touch on this okay I'm still salty about n being Rob because that weirdo bosson Rob couldn't handle Superior gameplay shakes my head I'm exit salty not pretty thank you panel this has been going on in the comments like other people have mentioned it too I guess we could just talk about that now a big chunk of the season is missing where apparently you know Natalie wasn't the best to be around on the edge now on edge of Extinction on South Pacific on Redemption Island on blood versus water you see these characters that are out there for long enough periods of time they're building social bonds with those people and you feel like hey if they get back in the game they do win they have a very big chance at winning the game every single one of those Seasons you are told that if they do certain things they can win here because we're not shown all the either she was antagonizing or you or fighting or isolating whatever story you're hearing I do feel like that is a detriment to her game because

36:08 There is a blueprint of how you were supposed to navigate those types of situations now I will say this I don't think that Rob was better in that situation I feel like Rob would have voted for her if Tony had gone I do feel like a lot of those people would have the votes would have been more split and I think the votes would have been more split more on Natalie and Michelle and we know that is the case but I feel like if Tony leaves and it's Natalie Michelle and Sarah I feel like we get a very nice spread of votes I don't think there was any type of bitterness from Rob in that situation were other people pissed at Natalie probably but they've all won the game and they all know you know what their criteria is for winning the game and watching U have stage right is adorable do yall feel like you know do y'all feel like Natalie kind of dropped the ball with it or you just think that okay these people are pissed off at her because she was more focused on getting back in the game do you do you feel like there is do you feel like it's a rational decision on her end to not do that with people out there or do you think she still has to make those bonds anyone I think yeah you want to go for a CH oh

37:28 Okay I think it's I don't know I'm conflicted because I actually haven't heard that before until now for some reason I guess I didn't watch the 40 postseason more of the 40 postseason material but I didn't know that she was isolating according to people or you know having different fights and moments because on the actual season we see a moment where she's like if I don't get into the game I want Tyson to at least have an idol W which makes it seem as if she focusing on those yeah and votes for her focusing on these relationships and everything and I don't know if I don't think that her wanting to focus on getting back into the game was a bad decision because she was the first person to voted out this is something that is kind of a pattern in some of her Seasons like literally the season she won her sister was voted out first it's something about like the first and the end that has been a pattern for her and for her to have already the experience of her sister going home first and now she's the person that's going home first I would in that position also want to get to the end of the game and get into the game no matter what just because of not only wanting to win

38:48 But just that emotional impact and connection that I have with what it might mean for me to go home first and then not even have a chance to get back into the game Jacob you know to pigy back off of what he was mentioning earlier like an Alle this also makes sense to like even like the other shows that she's done because if I'm not mistaken she and her sister were first boot on the second time she played The Amazing Race she was thrown into the first elimination of her only season of The Challenge I hope she's brought back for that because I know the challenge us has allowed a lot of more CBS Alum to enter the mainstream show so this is something that's been like that still is a recurring theme for her so I think it's very comping like you want to root for her on the edge and by the time of you know like when everything goes down with like the Sophie move we don't really get to follow up with all these people who had spent all a majority of their stay up until that point in the actual game and not on the edge of Extinction but we consistently getting a checkup from Natalie I know I mentioned it earlier and I was fine with this season having a mechanic where someone's allowed to re-enter the game as opposed to other ones because Jeff tells them hey Ed Extinction is where like as opposed to when eoe was there or when like the outcast twist was all the way back in Pearl Islands no one knew of that as a factor so you can't consider that in into

40:08 Your strategy you know like when Azie threw himself in Redemption Island like I think it really calls to me like he intentionally is like no put me in I could win the duel to give our tribe at least some type of chance and like he can actually manage strategy and work his way around like adjust how you would play the game now knowing whom you vote off com can potentially come back into the game however sorry go ahead go this comment actually really pulls it yeah that Chris played it and I think he was handed a better cushion for coming back into the game because he was given an idol pretty much for the final five so he was guaranteed fin he just need to make it through one round not getting voted off and I want and I want to touch on this one because there is a there is a response to it later in the comments Rob is a bit player he always has been I can tell you right now through watching 40 days of this Rob is not Rob is a controlling player Rob is you know he's The Godfather and all that but and mares he's not bitter like soon as he gets voted out he's like I wish that I hope that all the people that I was playing the game I hope that we can all be friends afterwards and All Stars he couldn't

41:29 Be bitter because all those people were pissed off at him because they were playing friend viver and he wasn't and Heroes versus Villains it didn't even seem like he was B at the reunion Russell's a piece of and he still didn't treat him like and Rob was still you know just trying to have fun with him during the Redemption Island or during the her villains reunion and then in Redemption Island he had no reason to be bitter because he was in full control the entire time he got annoyed with Matt Elrod for celebrating with the other or congratulating the other team but that's not bner that's just yeah we need to get rid of this guy because he also has his thing with Andrea I've never gotten the vibe that Rob was bitter in any of the seasons here especially he probes yeah he's gonna he's gonna FES a lot of players and when they all after the final battle back amber says that you know Rob is the biggest fan of this game and I do buy that I do feel like Boston Rob is a fan of the game and I do feel like because of the game they were playing this season with the Twist of the edge of Extinction they needed someone to play a perfect game in order for at least for Rob to for him to vote for them and in this situation like he said Natalie didn't

42:49 Get rid of Tony she could have on I think one occasion maybe two and she didn't and she sat there and said at final four like I think I've done all I can it's like you haven't because Chris just did this two seasons ago and that like that is all you can because either you go to the end with Tony either Tony wins firemaking and you probably lose you lose at firemaking to Tony in which case at least you took the best player to fir making or Sarah somehow wins and in that situation you may win and I don't know and this is all and the rebuttal was this and I agree Rob never came off as bit is Rob controlling in the episode his boot episode absolutely and we probably will touch on that but him is I can't I can't buy the I can't buy this narrative that he's bitter yes Jacob I think that Rob actually shared the I like how a majority of edge was just like if Natalie just takes out Tony we're content with voting for her like although I know that there's a couple people she obviously alienated out there like we said they're all winners I do think that they would respect like look you this is your path to a victory

44:09 And if you're able to enact that path because I think in the similar to edge of Extinction I think Rick beats Chris I think despite how much time he spent on the edge but they said if you can take out Rick then we can vote for you to win this game and Chris was able to do that again at final four but mind you I think he utilized Rick effectively there and if Natalie was doing a similar thing to Tony trying to plate to his ego trying to turn his paranoia against other players and maybe she did that but no she wasn't doing that and somehow Tony still ends up at FTC without a single vog cast to his name which is ridiculous like I've seen a couple other people pull this off and like I can get why you know like I you know J did it was Tony and Tony and Sandra I oh Tony Sandra parvy and Rob yeah I would say are the four biggest people in the season were like hey at your first tribal you probably want to get rid of them but it probably a good idea to get rid of any of the four of them and if you don't you might be in for a rough time as the season progresses and three of those people go out pre-merge and the one that survives wins the game so we're going back to the prear again I know that the Narrative of the pre-merge

45:29 Is it's old school versus new school and I see it at face value that is what it is like the Optics aren't the best when it comes to that because of the boot order and I get it I also don't feel like that's what the case actually was because we do know about a lot of these pregame alliances that went into the game we do know that Natalie is not okay so Natalie's not we won't count her because she's not old school she goes home first Amber's going to get targeted because her and Rob are going to be looked at as the Titus Duo out there okay cool Danny puts her foot in her mouth and in my the funniest part of the season for me with her outing the old school Alliance to Ben and Ethan just being like what the hell are you doing from there I think Tyson comes after Sandra so Tyson goes then we get the double boot episode parvy just got into a situation where that tight three of Wendell Ule and Nick were never going to flip on each other because they had a pre-made Alliance Sandra goes home because Denise just really wanted to make a big move and Yu goes home from what we were shown because he potentially wanted to flip on Wendell but in none of those situations did I feel like the new school

46:49 Was actively targeting the old school so Timmy do you feel like this was just a narrative created by the show to like make it more compelling something like a Heroes versus because they don't have Heroes versus Villains here they have to have some type of narrative they don't have Mill versus genetics they don't have Heroes healers Hustlers they have winners do you feel like this is a an editing trick or do you feel like that there was an active assault on the old school by the new school my answer is yes to all of that so I think that yes there was a narrative that was formed for the edit to sort of create some tension create some Dynamics to have people root for some of their favorite New Era at that time winners or some of their favorite old school winners that they might have started watching the show with in the first place and create that you know chaos to see which kind of school of Survivor is going to come out on top you know is it going to be these people the ogs is it going to be the New Kids on the Block and while I think that was played up in some ways I do think it did have an impact on the game because essentially people play like two different versions of Survivor some people played before there was

48:09 Even Idols out there and I think that working with people who played the game in similar ways that you played the game specifically thinking about older era players who played more trustworthy who were more straightforward with like being honest with folks and building alliances with people I think they wanted to stick together and then of course like with some pregaming going on New Era at that time New Era players working together made sense too so I think it's both Jacob I think so too but I don't know if it's as like meant to be looked at as evenly as it is because you know I came in here most excited about the old school and the kind of new school kind of not like kind of like the middle pack of Survivor like most of the Dark Age winners so like Sophie Rob Sophie Kim Denise of that group I was like I was thinking like those are the people I'm most excited to see but a lot of them go home very early well obviously Sophie dark the Dark Ages didn't but my rooting interests during the season were not the were not particularly the Legends but the people we have not seen in a very long time and

49:29 I think obviously with the new era especially there's like this Narrative of Survivor like this version of Survivor is so different from the old version it's so much more difficult it's so much more demanding and so I guess like the new school old school narrative was something initially to kind of like prop up the season like look there's all these old these OG's who did this from like Timmy said like back before Idols were even a thing like Ethan and Amber competed twice with no ID and have never played a season with Idols so like I've never had to look for an idol before was on the first season of an idol and it was like definitely on the ground it was like a super Idol yeah it was it was it was before the Super it was just the you had to play it you had to play it before the votes were even cast like it was just Bas oh yeah here you go so you can't vote for me Gary hogaboom but I and I want to touch this whole I think it's a misconception about what the game is as far as like oh the game is different I do want to touch on because apparently this is going to be a thing apparently this is going to be a thing and you know I will I will never pass up a chance to on Russell hands and so you know would Rob have voted for John far John Carroll no but

50:50 John Caroll didn't sit at the end if vpia and niia are there he probably still votes for vpia and vpia voted him out because Rob treats the game as a game once the game is over he go and that's why you feel at least me I feel so bad for him not because he lost all star because I think that Amber deserved to win it was more that these people brought their real friendships and were so upset that their real friend voted them out of a fake game well not a fake game but you know what I mean it'd be like me having being friends with another coach and they beat me in a game and I'm just like well we can't be friends anymore I'm sorry what he voted for Russell no one voted for Russell so it doesn't matter he probably votes for parvy or Sandra like everyone else did and Lex I feel like Rob probably would have voted for Lex because Rob treated it as a game you know I don't know I don't I'm not the biggest robbed person you know I think I think he's overhyped not overrated I think he's overhyped but I don't think I think the negatives that we're saying here are out of place and also I just hate Russell hands go ahead both of yall go ahead I was going to say like I love like this juer position from like what all stars was cuz like that was an unheard of concept of having like the best of the best all come back to do

52:10 This thing again where like reputations really did play a factor like the winners really like we need to get the winners out first opportunity we would get Uhn and Rob and Rob sister Nina we need to get rid of all those people and kind of like obviously you saw Boston Rob kind of still treat this as a game with strangers when there's this emotional element and like this these pre-existing relationships that play a factor to it and I One underrated thing that I love about this season was yeah of course like a big chunk of it was the Tony show but at FTC They're laughing they're reveling in like Tony's game and celebrating like and I feel so bad for her because she's sick and it's raining and she's just pouting like this the entire like I love that they could respect that and like Tony's moves didn't discourage them from thinking like Tony was a terrible person or like Tony was this Tony was that and I love that the game has evolved from where it has where like all stars that game recognized game especially on an all winter season I can't you can't rag on someone's I mean I guess you can but like you've all accomplished the same thing like we all have the same accomplishment on a We're All in This exclusive Club we're 20 of the only 38 winners going into winners at war that have ever accomplished it

53:30 And I felt like there was a lot of great sportsmanship from people like I think that this season was never gonna have someone lose due to like a bitter jury espe 16 to what 15 to four I think he won 15 to four so even if Rob flips his vote he still wins with 14 to five Timmy I know you had your hand raised too but yeah to pick it back off there real quick I think everybody was on the equal player playing field minus Sandra because you know she won twice but I will say I think a lot of people are Rob haters I'm not a Rob hater I think even in spoiler alert dandi he wasn't bitter and I agree that he recognized game in that way and so like you said even if he did flip his vote it still would have been kind of a landslide in that way and Natalie even getting the ofes that she did got I thought was just like in recognition of the game that she did play and not giving up and getting back in there yeah okay so oh Jacob go ahead man no because like if anything like Nellie was because what because it was like Adam Danny Nick Wendell and I think one other person was like I would have voted

54:51 For Michelle to guarantee Natalie didn't get second like but they were like no but then there's a chance that Natalie wins so like I while I do understand that there may have been some anti Natalie sentiment this wasn't to like get Michelle the win over either of the two of them it was just to make sure no Tony should win but Michelle deserves her flowers too like I feel like there was a lot of love spread throughout the final three even in this scenario where like Michelle technically got no votes and this is not hyperbole I think this is the greatest final three that we ever get but by like just gameplay wise and how they perform at final tribal I think this is the this is the greatest final three that we have gotten and I would feel like we still have up through 46 I felt like every one of them had a and a story they all played one or two aspects of the game perfectly I guess Tony in this situ in this season played all three well with the fourth being the edge which he never had to do I feel like Michelle played the social game extremely well because she started off on the bottom like that first vote she is on the bottom and her swap she's on the bottom and at the merge she's on the bottom and somehow she ends up at the final three I think that Natalie bouncing back after being voted out first and killing it on the edge and coming back into the

56:11 Game and still finding her a spot in the final three as a testament to her physical game more than anything else so I do think that across the board this is the greatest final three that we probably will ever get let's see what 50 gives us in a couple years so we have this premar like I said it the perception that is that it's old school versus new school but you know we get rid of all the old school players we hit the merge we have our first battle back and I'm excited because I think that Tyson was the I mean I was rooting for Ule if I'm being honest I was roing for youu to get back in and the comments brought up earlier you know the eoe people didn't really I think Tyson's the perfect person because Tyson can come in and add some entertainment to the show and then leave without much of a whimper I feel like if Yule or parvy or somebody else had come back in and then get voted out again people would have really felt like oh man like you just ripped our hearts out of our of our chest twice in the season well Tyson I love Tyson but like him getting voted out the funniest part of it is him flipping off the Box on the way to the boat after he gets voted out it's another one of my favorite moments of the Season

57:31 My favorite episode of all time though of through 46 seasons of the show my favorite episode and I know this is a hot take is the family visit episode of the season I've watched this season seven times now and every single time I break down crying specifically when Jeremy sees his family and when they come back from commercial and Natalie has the whole oh my God it's our families moment I think this is this is production or whatever is thank you to the players for you know coming back out and for doing what they're doing and it is nice that they do commit they usually they'll ask a few people or at least we're shown a few people oh why what does this person mean to you we get that with everyone this season that are still on the game on the edge you just kind of get their moments do we want this back for 50 do you think that 50 would be the perfect time to bring back a family visit and do you feel like bringing back a family should also just include like hey let spend the day with your folks this is kind of a basic question but like to have at it absolutely I'm a cancer my birthday is next week I sometimes go by sentiment him the family visit gets me every

58:51 Time like it really gets me every time especially as somebody who we were talking before on the call who is a little bit far away from his family now being in Maryland instead of Mississippi and even just the letters from home that we've been getting in more recent seasons have gotten to me and for them to be able to see their family multiple people in their family and everybody get the chance to see their family and it not even having anything to do with the challenge I thought was just such a heartfelt moment that I really appreciate it and like you said at the moment where Natalie is like who is that and then she's just like oh my God it's our families and everybody just like runs and people are crying I thought was just beautiful and I would absolutely love to see it come back for 50 and just have that be a part of the game Jacob are you a fan of the family visits yeah 1,00% I've I'm a Scorpio my birthday is in October very emotional people and apparently we're stubborn so well apparently we're lots of bad things too but so I've been winners at War onwards the family visit has always got me now I've like retroactively went back to watch other family like loved ones visits and it was very

1:00:12 What you said winers at War I was like winers at War I don't know why I said that I think from after I watched the winners Awards the family visit every other subsequent time I've watched one it's gotten me I've went back to like watch them and like I because of something personal that's happened to me in my life because I've never spent any day away from my family so now I'm like I get it now I get what the emotion that comes out of it and I especially love this one because there's so many like I feel like they did a lot of faith to the history of Survivor with this season and like doing like not I don't know if these are intentional callbacks but there's so many things like are Nots like other past Seasons like intentional or not like Sophie telling her fian want Reese's Cups a burger a massage Jeremy obviously seeing the son that he had after Cambodia and him having added even another son to his family obviously that being there we talked about Natalie's story about being first boot obviously Nadia coming in Adam you know always breaks my heart when he talks about his mom and so seeing the brother his brother be the loved one's visit as well father kidding you have a question though yeah go ahead this is hypothetical because I

1:01:32 Thought this while the family visit was happening what would they have done if Rob was in the game and Amber was on the edge like would their family have left early or I'm so serious y'all I'm not trying to be funny I wonder how they would have like done that would it been four people visit then like each person gets two people or I don't know but it's just on my thought it's very similar to it's very similarish to the whole game changers thing with the Exile twist where Debbie goes and meets up with cochan what would they have done if it was Sandra or s or any of these people that like not Azie so Siri or Sandra or maybe even JT if you have Cochran come out like hey I'm gonna teach you how to play the game it's like all right what are you gonna what you going to teach me Cochran in this situation I do think it's more compelling like yeah what would they and we also don't know what time of day those things happen and we can also see that from their Beach they can see the edge so like it would be I would say a roughly a pretty quick trip to get out there but yeah that is I have never thought about that right like a very but so family visit happen go ahead Jacob no

1:02:52 We were actually that's the reward we were truly missing was teaching time with Cochran and obviously teaching Tommy couldn't be out there because he didn't know he won by the time that they were filming where of War but how funny would that have been for one of the rewards to have been one of them being exiled and cochan taught one of the winners you want to know how to play a perfect game have you guys any votes yet oh you have well I'm sorry man and they just s them back on that would have been funny but we get to the episode that most people consider to be the actual best episode of the season the Tony episode and the Tony episode is the Tony episode where it starts he gets he finds the idol and it's and the very funny how it happens because he's searching all these places then Nick creeps into the camera frame like he's been shown to do all season and he's like just go search the water well or something like that Tony finds the idol parvy and Natalie part they but they find the extortion Advantage it has to be Ned because they bring it up during final travel they send it to Tony has this whole moment of reading through the list and you know six tokens and I'm being extorted and blah and he the fact that he's able to find all those tokens or will get all of those tokens is a testament

1:04:12 To his social game in this season because if this is Tony and Kagan that ain't happening I want to talk about the social aspect of Tony's game here because I feel like this episode really wraps up you know what Tony is in the season the fact that he's able to strategically go to his take a liance first to get basically you know because he's got three at this point but whatever it is to get some and then he goes over to Ben and I think he gets one from Ben I know he get from Nick he gets one from maybe Jeremy but whatever it is the fact that he's able he has his hands in so many pots and no one is saying up no to him with the exception of Michelle what do y'all think of Tony's social game in his third time playing Timmy we'll start with you I don't know man I thought it was a wild moment to actually see him get the fire tokens that he needed and I appreciate being able to see that moment play out because it showed just how strong his social game was to the point where he could even have people not even having conversations with each other's hand hey Tony asked me for some fire tokens he like oh he asked me for some fire tokens too he like and really put those pieces together and even

1:05:32 Go after Tony because of that I think it shows the Deep relationships that he has with each player he approached individually and it was so deep to where they felt so close to him that they wouldn't go and talk to other people and like scheme against him in that way so I think it was a moment that highlighted the underrated aspect of his game Tony has always been an over-the-top character the Spy Shack the Spy bunker the Spy nest and we saw that strategic crazy wild side of him and I think seeing the social side of him through this way really made it evident that he was a player to watch out for and a deserving winner of the Season yeah Jacob I remember watching like the Deep dive or like the tell it all from Tony and like how like every facet of the game like he had to like micromanage like his perception like the way that he would like even fold his arms or like always make sure he's looking up at someone to look he did he kind of like he made himself look almost subservient yeah like every facet of this game he accounted for and I think kind I think Marcus mentioned it was like he learned from game changers

1:06:52 I was like I can't just I gotta I gotta go with the flow I gotta go slow this time I like he says in the premiere like I gota let their guards down and I think just how personable he was I think it was very impressive especially think as I think Natalie and parvy knew this like I like we need to get someone who can pull this off and the only I think the only other person that they thought on in the main island that could have pulled that off was Tony and also like considering the position that he's in of course he could pull this off like he goes to the fake Alliance first because they like oh we need his well like we have no chance of surviving this tribal if we do not get Tony vote in on this so yeah we have to give them tokens but then obviously going to his real Alliance after the fact really cement just how strong his relationships were because one thing that was under edited was his relationship with Nick like there's a reason why he goes to Nick later on that episode and he's the one to confine them and say yo let's rind side Sophie they had a really good relationship there they were on the starting OG tribes with one another and I don't know if Nick saw Tony as his right or die per se I think it'd be very dumb for a they brought it up at final tribal that Tony does because Nick is like oh yeah how can you utilize social bonds and then vote people out it's like Nick you've won this game before mofo like

1:08:12 You know how you do that but then Tony says Nick I heard you were gonna I heard you were trying to vote me out like what was I supposed to do in that situation so I do think that confirms that they were probably they probably had some type of final three deal because that was shown that was even shown in the edit that Nick would asked this question that was very out of pocket it's like you've Won you understand what it takes you understand what it takes to win the game and that's the thing with a lot of people this season is it just feels like there's a there's this whole percept and this is going back to something I promised that we were going to talk about earlier and we're finally getting toing there's this perception that the game has changed so much that the old school players are just going to get left in the dust because they don't understand how to play the game and I think that is a very lazy explanation because in itself is get to the end you know whether it's by social strategic physical whatever it's get to the end and get usually it's gets to the end by having bonds with people it's not have whoever has the most idols and who's out there over strategizing or whatever because we've seen those Seasons

1:09:32 We've seen Millennial versus genx where everyone's out there over strategizing and all their asses get sent home we've seen Game Changers where that happens we've also seen Seasons where people are we've seen Joe we've seen Azie where they just win all the challenges and then they get their asses sent home it's the social ones that the social aspect of the game that has withstood the it's the social aspect of the game that you know if you Tony this season if Tony goes out there and plays like he does in Kagan he doesn't make it far but because he changed it and he had more of that social aspect to the game he's able to go farther and win the game you know Rob on the other hand kind of neglects that aspect of the game and he reverts back to the Redemption Island part of it the Strategic part of it and he goes home I think that when people say that this season and someone actually called it out during Tommy mentioned it during final tribal of island of the idols and someone also calls it out the season like the game doesn't change the game is still the same the it's kind of like for basketball fans it's like when they added the three-point line it's still the same game except for there's a three-point line in baseball they get rid of the shift and there's a pitch there's a pitch clock now but it's still baseball the goal is still the same

1:10:53 Football you can't touch people after five yards but it's still football it's the same thing with Survivor where the goal is still the same the social aspect is still the same how you strategize is different and when people say that it's so much faster that's why I always give kudos to Richard Rob CEST Nino and Chris from vanatu because the game was fast for them when they started because they went out there and immediately realize what the game was about the game was slow for everybody else because they went out there you know trying to do other things I know I just stepped on my soap box there for a second I apologize but that really bothered me that you know winners are the ones that are saying oh yeah the game has changed go ahead Timmy yeah and if I can just add to that perspective around things changing for my nerves it's like in OverWatch when they removed the tank it's still the same game but just slightly different and I think the narrative around all the old players aren't gonna be able to like understand it's kind of tired it's kind of maybe a little bit ages too but it's in the sense that they don't even watch Survivor anymore they still have access to TVs to be able to watch it see okay that's an advantage okay this is how this person utilized

1:12:13 This Advantage like they have the ability to keep up with Survivor and understand Survivor in the way that it changed or with these new different to toys and sparkles and glitter that's added to the game of Survivor and I think that even older players have an advantage over newer players because they played in an era that was maybe more one-dimensional in a sense that it didn't have those idols and advantages but those more recent players you got to see what they did and how they maneuvered with these things and so while it's being flipped to be as if like they don't understand it or they would have a disadvantage if anything it's an advantage in my opinion yeah Jacob go ahead man because I know I mentioned it earlier like there like a part of me was worried that there was like this Narrative of like old school versus new school but like new school having the edge because no pun intended because like the pace seems to have changed it was still 39 days like you're it's still it's a marathon still you're still running the marathon you're still running for the same amount of days obviously there's that extra layer of fire Tok and now all these advantages and Edge Of Extinction obviously this is post Advantage getting from game changers I feel like that really is indicative of a lot of

1:13:33 Things that have changed about Survivor but fundamentally the game is still the same you Foster the sociable bonds with people and you it's funny that I was on Borneo so like the game was created it was formed you know without all these super you know the advantages and idols and stuff of that sort and I felt that this new era trying to paint Survivor as very much different more physically taxing and much more about the journey and the experience and the adventure rather than the social strategy I like I it's I just don't think Survivor has changed even with the new era despite the many modifications so obviously being and obviously some other implementations here fundamentally the game is still the same and I hated seeing all these old school people GLE because I think that gave a bad message to production being like oh the new era this is the it's the new yeah it's like that's not how it is there is circumstantial stuff that happens for every pre-merge boot that has nothing and watching a lot of their exit interviews they even say there was no old school versus new school thing like it was portrayed on the show counter point Tony won his first time with the worst social game ever there's a double standard I think Sarah Lina mentioned it on her winning season I don't know okay so

1:14:54 And I and I do want to talk about that I'm not going to disagree that Tony of the winners that Tony had the worst social game because it's probably true I'm trying to go through my head of a winner that had a worse social game and off the top of my head I can't think of any I feel and it's a d so Sarah brings up the double standard this season and I'm going to touch on why I think that's what she why because it's coming from her why it's because it's coming from her not because of the actual concept of it Tony and Kagan has a yeah has a horrible outside of the people that he is really good with doesn't have the best social game but those people were just never going to vote for woo so it didn't really matter the reason I'm calling Sarah like saying that it's coming from Sarah is in Kagan she is so overly pissed off at Cass for being a strategic person and saying oh yeah when you know Cass even has a confessional in Kagan she or not confessional when her husband comes she like yeah I'm looked at as a even though if I was a man I'd be if I was doing this that and the other and then Sarah of all people after they ignored the out of Cass at Ponder Rosa

1:16:14 Kagan they treated Cass like because she was playing strategically we get here and all of a sudden Sarah gets in our soap box and says it's a gender bias and you know women can't go out here and do this but men can and I'm like well that's fun coming from you Sarah because that's exactly what you said up but I do agree that there is a obviously there is a gender bias we've seen it plenty of times we see it in this season but that doesn't take away from the fact that it's Sarah saying it and that's why like I felt like it came off as Hollow to me because of who was saying if Michelle had said it or if had said it would have I would have really it would have really resonated with me and like it just came off this Courtney oh yeah you only call men's players by their last name it's like really because we just had Kelly Wentworth on 38 and what does Jeff call her so like I it felt very pandering we use that because of her but I think the message is there do you guys agree that you know won't ask if you agree there's a gender bias because I would hope that you guys agree do you feel like the reason people

1:17:34 Thought that Tony was ahead of Sarah was because of that inherent bias or do you just feel like Tony was actually just doing better than Sarah and people saw that so I think first to address I think that I didn't I didn't feel it was Hollow when she spoke up on in my perspective I disagree on that aspect because I think it was really a moment of realization for her I think she came to realize the way that she internalized that kind of perspective and bias in how it enacted out on cash and for her to have a different perspective and view on it and be able to understand it I thought was kind of a good moment of realization for her and for me it made it a little more real because it's like that's just like if like the Joker watches the boys and it's like wow homelander is kind of a bad guy and we shouldn't be bad guys you know it's like coming from somebody like that to have them have that realization is like okay well yes is Joker saying that or yes is Sarah saying that but like you kind of have a point and I'm glad that you came into this realization that's kind of the reaction I had when Sarah brought that up and I definitely think that is true

1:18:54 True but to the point of Tony versus Sarah I think that Sarah sometimes rubs people the wrong way we see this in other shows that she's done like The Challenge USA and I think Tony is just a little more socially aware but I do also think that gender is like at the undercurrent of like all of these different perspectives absolutely but Sarah is also like rubbing people the wrong way too yeah Jacob yeah it's actually funny you guys mentioned this here because I was actually me going to mention this earlier when I talking about like Sarah's like win equity and like if like because I do I absolutely there is an undercurrent of gender bias that does exist I did also find it very ironic I forgot I think it was like an eager Turtle video that like pointed this out for oh yeah there is I forgot about that yeah so like that mentioned that was like the not the hypocrisy but like the irony of it all yeah I forgot about that video that's how I found that's how I noticed it I remember at the time I was like oh this feels really so boxy but I don't I didn't know why it felt that way to me but then I went back I like yeah no this is like weird I will say though I'm trying to come up with the best comparison I could come up for with Tony and Sierra's success

1:20:14 In this game and the best one I could come up not best comparison I think but the only one that comes to mind is like a parvy Ser dynamic of like now like I'm looking back like who beats who of the two I think parvy had I think parvy was the Sarah I think when you look at the seon had a lot of relationship I love this is a great comparison so Sarah obviously had that close relationship with Sophie I think Kim felt closer with Sarah than did I think Ben felt closer I think Denise felt closer with Sarah like than they did with Tony but I think Siri is the T Tony is the Ser in the situation who I think came up with these brilliant ideas I mean SII was the one who came up with the why don't we Eric give up your immunity and helped enact that strategy and I think there's a lot of things that like s utilized poverty's relationships to accomplish so it's like parvy had these connections but what was parvy really doing with that other than staying safe and being in a better position and there's also like this like Derek Cody Dynamic to it as well I think that's more extreme I don't watch Big Brother but I know those names like the disparity of it all and I do think that while there may be an undercurrent like there's being some bias of like if Sarah were to do the things that Tony would do how much credit would she be given to that how much

1:21:35 Of a wi Equity would be compromised because she is being deceptive she's being Cutthroat she is a mother she has a child like what kind of example is she setting for her baby right but I do felt I do feel like I would have voted for Tony still I feel like Tony I a better connection with him in that sit like just based off what we're shown which is you it doesn't mean much there is a so there is a scene there's a secret scene in this season that is Sarah related and so for the Sarah haters I'm about I might annoy you with this there is a secret scene in the season that is probably my favorite secret scene in the history of the show and it's one of my favorite scenes is period on the show it's the Kim boot episode and Sarah and Kim are at the well and Sarah has this moment where she just kind of emotionally breaks down because she felt like at the game changers final tribal which I pointed out a few days ago and after the season that people hated her because they felt like you know they felt like she was a horrible person for the fact that she was making these bonds and still voting them out and Kim just kind of says hey you have PTSD from winning we all do because we all looked at

1:22:55 As bad some people are going to look at us as bad people because of the way that we manipulate people out here and I felt I was really annoyed that they didn't put that in the episode because I do feel like that's a real moment that we get with anybody out there it's like yeah these people went through hell I guess we do get like Jeremy talking about how he wasn't right for three months after he got back home and Michelle talking about how she was right but that was a real moment and then like Sarah has a confessional where she says I felt like I was given permission to continue playing the game and she does it by voting out Kim that episode I talked about this on the game changers thing I said you know that is besides all stars that is the most pissed off a jury has probably been you can probably sprinkle in vanatu and Fiji in there but that's the most pissed off and they still voted for Sarah and that's what I like about the fact that they had that moment and so everyone like I everyone if you've never watched it just go on YouTube after this is done and watch it YouTube please watch it's a it's a it's a great moment to get the inside of what she is thinking because she is a social player and I love social players yes outside of the game I'm Pro I'm not a Sarah Fan but like in because

1:24:15 She is so social that people really buy everything she's selling and they feel that officer Sarah is their best friend I'm always going to respect now in this season just no I was never going to V I was never especially after today I want to talk about legacies once again this is coming from random Jabron on the on the internet I feel like if you play an all- winter season your legacy is already set in stone like if I mean if you won the game your legacy is already set in stone I don't think that anyone no what placement they got this season or how they performed or how they were portrayed it's going to necessarily hurt because I still think that Kim is at worst third greatest winner at best second and even though she went she got like eighth place or something like that I think that Jeremy Collins You know desp despite the fact that he was on the bottom the entire time despite the fact you know I think there the there are people in the seasons whose legacies were raised but none of them dropped let's say it like that tmy do you agree in there are there any examples of folks that okay oh okay yeah face so I

1:25:36 Wanna go ahead just go just talk I was like yeah like I agree I agree and then I was like well I don't think that people's perspectives necessarily dropped as if like it would take their win away from them or discredit their original win but something I've been thinking on and been waiting to say since we first brought up his name Adam and been for example it goes to show that in this game of season 40 winners at War this is a sea of sharks you got killer whales you got tiger sharks the perspective we got of Adam and Ben for instance they're like Nurf sharks or maybe even dolphins in this sea of sharks so it's as if when you come to play against people who are real players it goes to show like man how do they even win their season that's not the thought that I had but it's a question that the edit and what we saw would make some people wonder you know it's like if you throw your high school star basketball player in the NBA against LeBron like you're gonna get pooped on like you know

1:26:56 And I think in some ways that's the sort of version we saw from some players that would make me be like hm you know maybe they weren't all that you know yeah you went on the cast that you play with and Jacob I'm G to get to you and this is probably one of my favorite Boston Rob moments of all time and it's a very quick scene with him and Michelle where she you know that is a lot of her storyline this season of the internet and these jabronies that sit at home you know bullying people on the show because they're robbed god or goddess didn't win Michelle and Sophie are the two that stick out to me as like people really gave them a lot of for winning the game and you know Michelle that is that is her storyline this season of oh I felt like this it's like no them and also that's their opinion you did win you should and Rob telling her no you win you win you win yes you win you win screw what everyone else says they haven't been out here they don't know what it's like if you win you win no matter what no matter if Russell Hans puts out a video saying I remember when that when the season happened he had a video was like oh yeah the title was why I'm not on winners at War It's like because you lost fam that's why you're not on winners at War that's what it really all it is and his fans

1:28:16 Ate that up and it's it was so annoying because he's not winners at War because he didn't win just like s is not a winner of War because she didn't win sadly even though like it's I don't really want to talk about it again Jacob I'm sorry go ahead no it's all good it's interesting you mentioned Michelle because like I felt like there are a couple people who I think there my estimations as players dropped like I think like I saw like Danny obviously everything go down in the pre merge and I think they dogged on Wendell I think a little bit too hard for my liking but like I don't I don't know how to feel if like Wendell's estimations particularly worsened as a result of this but I think there are three core winners this season who at least either my estimations of them have been raised or I think have become more noteworthy as a result of their run on winners a war with Michelle being one of the three of them well like I think I've seen more people accepting the fact that she won over Aubrey and was like well damn I mean she's two for two still has never been voted off I mean she clearly knows what the hell she's doing and even from a disadvantaged state where she's consistently on the bottom consistently being left out of she's still able to poster these relationships to where she didn't get voted off so that's her Sophie I think has raised a lot of people's estimations of her during the season because I like you said I thought Sophie was winning or at least going

1:29:36 To be in the end game for sure so now I see people putting Sophie in the conversations up top 10 which like just looking at South Pacific alone I don't think she was in that conversation which like I put her in my top 10 of players of all time because of winners at War and while this person I don't think my estimations of them as a player went up I think Adam became more noteworthy as a character during this season I thought he was I thought he was super entertaining I mean my whole name is adore de you know like as a nod to that whole you see the floor delet on it's like no one's correcting him he just keeps on going like I thought Adam was amazing to watch and I don't know how much of it was like any of like the newer winners was like look I just won like not that long ago I don't really care like screw won like three days ago like I mean I mean Nick I mean did Nick really like it really was like he was the most recent winner yeah so like I don't think there was like urgency on that regard but like I do feel like those three are the best examples I could come up with where like they were benefited by them being brought to this all- winner season and I wish that there were some other winners we mentioned ear like Earl Todd I wish kind of like cemented their reputations you know I think Tony Kim were able to do that

1:30:56 This season as like cementing themselves as who I think are the top two of all time in my opinion after this season a skill level but I think now Sophie is in a debate for being top 10 which I don't think she was I mean I always like Sophie Clark and I think that her in this season like put the put the haters to bed that's what and I'll say it like that she put Michelle if you if and I understand that some people are just going to watch this season be like well Michelle didn't win it's like yeah she didn't win because she lost to Tony like that's really it like Michelle had a very compelling story and could win in a of that final six Michelle has a pretty good chance at winning against I'd say like half of them especially the two that basically quit I think that she sits next to Nick she has a very big chance at winning so like it's she's is a victim of circumstance more than anything else because she's doing all the right things she is trying to get rid of Tony she's actively trying just telling people we should be doing this and everyone's like no no it's like okay cool guess not guess I'll just vote for these other people because y'all don't want to do this I there was where was the Danny boat right

1:32:16 Com comment there was a Danny boat right oh there it is yeah and even as you get ready to hop into that I just want to say Miss Michelle Gerald they can never make me hate you they can never make me hate you like absolutely not briefly I want to touch on Danny thing because I so I've always been very high on her winning in Guatemala here I think she kind of her Ule her and Ule basically because they I and someone correct me if I'm wrong they're the only old school players that have no connection to anyone else because even Ethan has like Ethan is friends with a fair few of these folks outside of the game I think Danny and Yu are the only old school players that had no type of attachments to anyone outside of the game and the fact that Yu was able to you know he was still able to have a pregame Alliance going into the game I feel like Danny was literally just swimming up shits creek without a paddle I think that because everyone had these pream and because she's the only person to ever come back from Guatemala that's not Stephanie even though they don't reference her Guatemala season here versus Villains because she's been kind

1:33:36 Of out of the Survivor community and probably didn't pregame as much as everyone else did I think she was just screwed no matter what and I think that's why she is portrayed as just kind of throwing names out there like she does because it's like all right yeah let me just try to see what works because there's at that point that's all you can do unless you just stay completely quiet which you could have done I don't feel like it kills anyone's Legacy though like because you wi because you won you won you know Natalie gets voted out first Amber gets voted out second do I think that kills her win in allst Stars no because she won the first returning season of this of the show yes it was against you know it was because the jury thought they were playing friend viver I've talked enough about that but I don't think it takes away are parvy and Rob somehow winners now because they went out pre-merge no Sandra is sometime somehow not gonna have two wins now because she went out on day 16 again no Yu one of the most dominant winners of all time even though he had the super Idol no okay we're gonna start we're gonna start to wrap up so we get to this whole steamroll

1:34:56 Thing which once again it kind of it doesn't it doesn't take me out of the season but I definitely felt like I was on my phone more towards the end of the season because it was just like yeah none of these people are gonna try to do anything to get Tony out except for the minority Alliance and that's not going to work we get to final four firemaking which I do I really do appreciate Tony's vulnerability with crying with Sarah because up to that point the only time I've ever seen him emotional is one when his friend comes during Kagan and says hey your wife couldn't come because of you know the baby and then you know this season with his family out there but like he's shown to be vulnerable in a game moment after he wins the fire but I think at that point it just kind of like yeah Tony's there's it's it would be almost impossible if he doesn't win because he's not portrayed as a dick this entire season like he has no real dick moment moments anytime he steps over what Sarah is saying it's because she's wrong because she's wrong oh yeah now there's it's impossible for Natalie to have an idol it's like is it because she just she just did it you know [Music] so I didn't ask this and I just kind of

1:36:16 Said it as far as final 3es are concerned is this the tops for both of yall do you feel like there are other final threes that could compete with these do you feel like there are some final threes that are better than these what are your thoughts I oh Tim if you want to go first my means no go ahead you got it I'm still thinking guys polite he like no you I insist no I insist no you go first no you go but no favorite like best final three as like the makeup of the players like the caliber that we're talking about yes I do think this is the best final three that we've ever gotten if we're talking about the final Tribal Council you know performance-wise also think this is objectively the best performance we've seen I know we mentioned Tony and Kagan like the contrast but the one contrast I think was most interesting was how he handled FTC in Kagan versus how he was and you know it's all performance is also indicative of how receptive the jury is to you cuz if jurries are super easy on you it's very easy for you to give a good performance or give the impression that you're giving a really good one if they're eating and Hamming up everything that you're saying I mean they're laughing at every slightly funny thing Tony says like they're just in awe that Tony was able to pull this off for as much of a reputation

1:37:36 That preceded him coming into the season I think he had a great performance and not to take away from Natalie's or Michelle's performance either I think this is a articulated argument that could win them on multiple other Seasons but just not this one due to the circumstance I think it was a great whether be was it the most entertaining I joked in the little chat that we have here that this is second to Boston robn 10 and special federal agent Philip Shepard but like I just remember so many noteworthy like fun moments from other ftc's like Todd's answer to John roer or Chris just bsing everything that he's saying during vanon wat 2 or JT just making Fishback feel like terrible the entire FTC and just dogging him at every opportunity stuff like that makes me look more fondly at those final two final threes not particularly because of the makeup of the players but just like the iconic moments from each of them but as far as like best final three I don't think it gets much stronger than this I don't think Survivor 50 is going to beat this because I keep thinking there's going to be way too many New Era people cuz like oh there's pre New Era people being in invited I just don't know if the ratio will be as

1:38:57 Fair as like winners at Wars was with old school versus new school so I don't think we're going to get Legends at FTC so I think this is going to be the best final three we may ever get in the show's history and I'm fine with this because all three very distinct Journeys Tony obviously having dominated the main game Michelle been and the back burner for the main game and being in the minority persevering as the underdog that she is and Natalie being the mayor of edge of Extinction you had these two separate games go on at the same time and all three of them took completely different paths to get to a final three and you know people as fans can interpret when Equity all we want I know we talked about you know defending you know Boston Rob in his vote to Natalie But ultimately I can't believe this turned into like a 10-minute segment of us defending BOS of All Seasons right like probably his Worst season from like a result oriented standpoint it's funny but like it's all subjective we all have our different rubrics our different ideals ideologies of the game I mentioned earlier that I'm glad an edge of Extinction person didn't win I'm a Survivor purist if you get voted off of the game it's it you're done if this is something that's a feature that's consistently brought into the game then that's one thing that's something that could be accounted for but there's

1:40:18 But if this win if wi award did not have Edge Natalie is first Boot and we he nothing from her and she's not even in the argument at all or probably even brought up at all FTC mind you so that's me but there are other people here I know coach you obviously you mentioned this we've had a conversation about this before other podcasts and just conversations in general that no they still have Merit they still deserve to win if anything they deserve more credit because despite the adversity that they had faced during the game and having already been voted off they were able to recover by whatever means that they did maybe they won out won a bunch of challenges found a many Idols how have you or maybe they just naturally ingratiated themselves back into the good graces of all the people that just voted them off and was able to not like exact Revenge but kind of like I don't know just like I do think there's merits to all and I don't want to take away anyone's debates or arguments although I do have my own biases and my own this is what I want in a Survivor winner for a winner season to have three very distinct arguments to I don't think of I can't think of many on the top of my head where there's three strong cases ball being so distinct I see a lot of people competing for the same narrative like I ran the game no I ran the game no

1:41:38 I ran the game like wend and Dominic trying to VI for ownership of what those two accomplished together I don't see something like this where like okay that's Tony's thing but here's what I did instead you know I think was very interesting I can think of one season I'll bring it up in a second but tamy you go this final trouble Council composition is outwit outplay Outlast to its core outwit Tony hands down outplay Michelle she was on the bottom for so long and still played to the very end Outlast do I even have to explain for Natalie she literally was the first person voted out and made it all the way to the end literally outlasted and seeing so many three different distinct ways to play the game all come together at the very end makes this final tribal composition a pretty solid composition in my opinion it might not be my favorite because I feel like I value characters of final tribal and feel like I value more of the performance of final Tribal Council itself and the energy there I do honestly on paper definition wise would show anybody this on paper to be like this is out with this is out play this is outlast because to me

1:42:58 This is what that final three is yeah and I agree the comment I think there have been better final 3es it wasn't really that competitive considering how Tony's game was ahead and shoulders above the others I do agree with that n Michelle didn't really play that great I disagree with that obviously because we just spent an hour in 45 minutes talking about how Michelle she end up in a lot of situations and still made it to the end and Natalie is just a beast on the edge and I like yeah the EDG is but it's a dynamic for this game and in this game when brings up an edge of Extinction the twist isn't on trial you3 are it's like yeah that's what it is like yeah we can hate the edge all we want that was a dynamic to this game Natalie came back after being the first boot she had like she did everything she needed to do except for one thing the final three that I was talking about Jacob is actually island of the idols because Dean is sitting there saying oh yeah I played this flashy I've got all these advantages and won all these immunities game Tommy is straight up saying oh yeah I played the social game I knew where everything was going happening and nor is crazy so she's saying a lot but I think it's because island is

1:44:18 In my head I was like oh yeah they all had three distinct things that were going on in their lives and their in their Survivor lives during that game oh my gosh I had a oh really quick yeah go ahead Carolyn pre Carson incident and like jam and Heidi that was probably one of my most recent final threes because like I still feel like we got those same out with out play out last elements but with that character element as well if I could just throw that in there no I we game keeps ringing up China and I do agree that's another one where everyone I won't say they had three distinct stories but it was a damn good final three with Amanda being pouty as always and screws herself out of both first and second go ahead Jacob I think it's the weird thing about having a strong final three I because I'm keep thinking of like oh these two were very strong but then there's that other like third person that like I don't really wasn't really in debate as to whether or not they should win like the Dury the jury decided preemptively oh there's no chance this person's going to win like we think of like Wendel and Dominic and ghost Island I think it was very competitive between Yol and Azie backck and Cook Islands this most recent season

1:45:39 I felt was very competitive but like we're not really taking like the third place finalists into account like they I know we talked about not taking away any the merits of other people's games or their IES or the wins but obviously we said within context like this certain cast was like it's between these two of these three and while I do think the jury in some regards had their minds made up before they made it to FTC and winners at War I do feel as though that if you put them on different juries put them on trial like would I don't know why this is the first J that came up to my mind because people say oh Russell was robbed you know against Natalie which no Natalie white deserved to win that game I'm very big proponent of that but would Samoa's cast have felt disgusted by Tony's Antics and would have rather voted for Michelle or Natalie as a result would edge of Extinction cast you know like being huge on an edge of Extinction player winning and representing the their struggles and the withdrawals and the toll that it took on them would they vote for Natalie over Tony in this situation you know I don't know you know I do think that in a vacuum like how effective are these arguments on most seasons and on most shies

1:47:00 I do think these three as players are the best I do have obviously more positive more praise for n's game and Sen Juan Del sir than here but of course but I do think that the three of them overall is the best B three we ever had Mick was feckless and gave nothing yes I agree all right we're going to start wrapping up final thoughts on the season Jacob we're to start with you final thoughts on the season I know there are certain people that like to say that it's a top five season even top three what are your thoughts on the season and where would you put it just top 10 top wherever where would you put this season I do agree with you I do think the season's overrated I watch this back and now I kind of cemented like it is for sure top 10 cuz like how can it not be it's all winners you know what I mean but I do this is definitely not my favorite returning season I enjoyed Heroes versus Villains more I don't know if this is particularly a hot take I enjoyed Cambodia more than the winners at War personally I enjoyed those Seasons more and there's other Seasons where I felt I was more consistently entertained throughout like

1:48:20 This I mentioned Q earlier I love Q so much but 46 is post merge people hated it I adored it like the Gabon of it all I thought was very fun for me to watch and there's some other Seasons I have sentimental attachment to you know Cook Islands I'm a huge fan of Millennials versus Gen X and I've already named enough to where when as I wore it can't be top 10 for me I don't know where it is in that top 10 I never manually ranked all of my favorite all of my season all the seasons together but WIS of War obviously Stellar season you know I think one of the strongest casts in reality TV show history 20 winners are probably one of the most difficult physically taxing social strategy games out there this is the first really this is before any of the other ones that we could think about you know we see the challenge consistently having returnees and champions and winners of the last season coming back but like for this is an occasion this is we may never get a season to this caliber unless we get Legends because I don't think all the winners while they cemented themselves as obviously their reputations I don't think like Ben's not a legend you know what I mean I think no he's on Jeff probes don't get me started with that but no like this is a great season

1:49:41 I don't know if we're rating them out of five or out of 10 if we're rating it out of five I'd say 4.7 if we're ring out of 10 then that's like a nine point like I'll handle or something yeah Tammy controversial take this is kind of mid for me it's upper bid I give it upper mid I say that because overall I do think it was a good season and a good winner and a lot of good game moments and emotional moments but I have seasons that I feel more connected to even though this is all winners I don't kind of like all of the winners that we do get to see and we do have I think there are other returning Seasons that are better in my opinion and I have other players from their OG Seasons that I feel make their original season just so much better for me than this season so I say upper mid if I were to rate it on a scale of one star to five stars I give a 3.5 out of 10 I'll give a 7.3 okay for me I'll always have a look there are two things that really like that keep winners

1:51:01 At War I'm emotionally attached to it one it was the you know when I when I first did this when I first came up for the idea of this it was during covid where I ended up watching 39 seasons in 40ish days so that I could watch the winners at War finale and all of winners at war on my last day so I was like and I watched most seasons of Survivor at that point but like I wanted to like I stayed in the dark and so I was watching the finale at the same time I've worked in radio Andor podcasting since 2010 and I had retired for a couple of years and when I got back into it the first episode that I did was covering winners at War the finale and the show as a whole so like I'll always have it there for me having said that every time that I do this it drops down and so for me winers of war is going to get a where' it go oh it's gonna get a 4.5 out of five which puts it in my seven spot out of 40 Seasons now I'm going to do a quick rundown of what where the list stands as we go into the postco seasons and then we'll finish this off so in number 40 we've got

1:52:21 Thailand we've got island of the idols Nicaragua Redemption Island ghost Island Worlds Apart South Pacific All Stars HHH Fiji palow at number 30 which I know this a hot take but like it's boring gabone Guatemala Samoa One World caraman game changers Ed Edge Of Extinction I that's four in a row of Seasons that people on all the time that were a lot fun a lot more fun this time around Australian Outback Africa going to my top 20 we've got Kong China Cook Islands San Juan deler Panama maresis Millennials versus Gen X Amazon Borneo Philippines and my top 10 going into the last however many SE or six seasons that I have left 10 I have vanatu nine I have token chin eight blood versus water seven winners at six Micronesia five Kagan four Pearl Island three Cambodia two David versus Goliath and one Heroes versus Villains final question 50 coming up I have said through 40 days I don't need any winners

1:53:41 That were on winners at War for season 50 I don't need any of them even the ones that I like I don't need any of them are there any people from this season that you would want to see play on winners or on season 15 Jeremy I'll see Jeremy Jacob I would be really upset if we saw anyone from here because like I'm kind of hoping for Second Chances too I'm kind of also hoping for like a hero maybe hero light Heroes versus Villains highly doubt it's it's dreaming but like the only person I would ever want to see return period unless they do Legends is Adam and that's really it I just thought Adam was just I don't knowt of this entire two hours I mean Ador the least I love Adam I think I would love to see youu come back I just don't know if there's another season other than Legends for him I see Adam would be like I think it's like the game changers effect where like I don't think they're so above of the rest of other players I like feel like he's out of other players leagues but he's noteworthy enough to Warrant a return

1:55:02 I think everyone else either is why is Tony coming back playing against these de Bronies but Maran yeah can we can we please I would say that anyone from this season honestly no if I had to pick Tyson like you can give me Tyson 5.0 whatever like he's fine please God don't do Rob or poverty or Tony or even Sandra like we don't we don't need a lot of this is a perfect end if Survivor had ended right here I think it would have been a perfect end to the show I'm glad that it didn't end but I think this would have been a good into the show all right everyone I'm done 40 Seasons I'm going into the postco season starting probably tonight I'm going to start 41 tonight I'm really looking forward to it because I don't have many days left and I think it's starting to hit me now that I'm done with this Jacob Timmy thank you so much for talking with this for two hours about this season and we still didn't touch on everything but we touched on most everyone in the chat

1:56:22 I hope no one thinks that I was like trying to like argue with it like it's been fun banter with y'all in there I hope to have you continue to come back days of this once again day 46 is just going to be a live stream all day I'm just GNA sit here I'm gonna watch 46 all day I'm gonna have you know you can peek in here and there everyone that has been a co-host throughout this process I'm going to invite back and they can come on at any point during that day but yeah we're almost done and I'm really looking forward to watching anything else on TV starting next Wednesday so thank you Bo thank you everyone in the chat and we will see you guys on the other side
