1:34 Excited to talk about this episode for a number of reasons I felt like lots of emotions throughout so it was good did any of your takes change from last week you were on the bandwagon of clearly must be car Maria there's something wrong with her the edit's not showing us has that changed do you still feel the same I'm not saying clearly like I don't I'm not saying definitively but I just feel off about it you know what I mean there's something going on and I don't think you read the comments after the live did you read the comments after the live no stay away from it I'm getting called out from protect yourself protect yourself people were not agreeing with you at all and I did hear I didn't listen to it myself but I did hear that Adam went on the official podcast or maybe challenge Mania it was one of the two podcast yeah he better he looked very better he did say that there's more to it than just we don't want to run against her there's more like he inferred there was more going on but didn't yeah he didn't like the fact that she was talking about the fact that she's become a strong woman and all that kind of stuff and you know the challeng has shaped her character to be someone that doesn't take and he doesn't like that he prefer for

2:54 People not to talk like that and be humble you know that's his kind of take on it but I think that he doesn't take into consideration the she had to go through to get to where she is today and he's got a very old school 2000s approach where the woman should be sitting back you know let the men lead type of thing like that's kind of what I got the vibes from him I don't think it look good on him personally I don't know what other people are thinking but again like Chris saying take back what you said about caria now he has to go read the comments and do his own I can't I can I can take PA to can I just say this I chis can take a horse to the water I can't force it to drink right that's up to kuna I will say this though this episode there was a couple times where I felt a little bit more Justified to be honest with you like the way well you're still on the wrong I might be I might be but like there was a couple times like completely unprovoked or whatever I know it's the game or whatever but the way she just said I know and it's Nicole specifically so again weird but she the way she just out of the BL says she's so stupid and then another time she called the entire house they're all idiots like and yeah but times I'm biased and I'm looking for him you know what I mean but maybe that's

5:35 Kefla back up and Chris will do Jay so we all have our favorites I feel like that we will bring up in these scenarios Darren says o the all stars five cast no spoilers on All Star 5 cast as of yet I think I've seen I've seen some photos but I haven't like really dove into it and like we need to talk about season 40 like we haven't even spoken about season 40 on the podcast Yeta at all know fans we've got a bit to catch up on like but this is the this is the real good thing for people who want to listen to a spoiled free podcast like we don't know like I don't know what's going on no idea what happened in season 40 and that makes it more exciting I've got no idea how this season's going to turn out but obviously have my favorites or favorite that I want to dominate this season Elise says we love the messiness of the season except for a few gems needed back let's see what else people are saying we've got joette welcome back Geet you need to let us know how has this Allstars Challenge season been for you because I remember you saying in one of the previous lives that you're new to the challenge and we've all welcomed you with open arms welcome to the challenge fam we're a crazy dysfunctional family with different takes and you know how's it set with you are

6:55 You enjoying this season let us know let's see who else is here Adam is an unreliable narrator like for me I read body language Nikki and on his body language the saltiness and the bitterness where he's like challenge K Maria isn't the challenge she needs to realize she's not the challenge you know like clearly there's some unhappiness about the fact that she's very popular and the fans love her you know or they're turning back towards Cara there was always a few people that were always with her but a lot of people also turned their back on car not that long ago but I don't think he likes her popular at all that could definitely be a big part of it I could imagine like Laurel the same she's yeah I think but I imagine in the house as well right the cameraman is constantly on Cara she's getting pulled away for like a thousand confessionals like they see it they I reckon they know how production and whether it's subconscious or not maybe that's what's driving the maybe it's not Cara maybe it's production and the way production's treated Cara in the light of these other competitors Challengers out there maybe that's what's doing I don't know but when I said there's something more I don't necessarily mean it's just Cara being it I don't think it's that deep yeah I don't think that deep I think there's jealousy

8:16 And people don't like the fact that she's conf I think there's jealousy involved and I don't think people like that she's confident and like I said I like I am attracted to the realness that she brings to the show she calls out people do not like that like to live in their own warped reality of oh we're not playing the game in this way no she's calling it out and best of all is she's a bloody good competitor she's like you know when she ended up going in she's like okay I'm going against either she didn't want to immediately go against them which who can blame her Cam and Laurel is like both really tough competitors to go up against but then when she knew she was going to do it she made peace with that and she gave credit words du when she was G up against cam she was very respectful in beating her like I just don't see any thing like I feel like K Maria at this point and she probably has done stuff in her life that's wrong all of us have none of us are perfect right but from what I'm seeing this season she's nothing but a role model for younger ladies out there who want to become strong women who want to go and compete on these competitions like I feel like she's being a great role model I just don't see any of the things like yes she called a couple of people an idiot like what are we like are we that soft that we can't take that is that such a bad word no I mean it's it is and I'm not saying that's the thing at all but when I saw it I was like oh maybe there is you know she just

9:37 Throws they are I mean this episode showed it even more so like yeah I don't understand what's going on with some of the decision making in this freaking show but yeah a few people here saying they kind of don't bring J back yes maybe that one hasn't aged too well I know there's some controversy around him as well at the moment or was a while ago J saying come on kuna the house has said worse things about car even other people yeah like I just don't think it's that bad I don't think it's that deep Victoria welcome back saying hello chrisen Kahuna get better Kahuna great episode can't wait for the discussion YouTube cat is back as well saying Adam doesn't like how Ace or Cara play the game Ace I can kind of understand to a degree because AC's game I don't understand AC's game and you know like I'm very grateful that he's a good friend to car and he's been there to support her through this game and she does have some people in her corner like to me even like Jay was like I can't like fully be with Nicole right now but I came in with her as my or die so I kind of have to play this Middlefield but I feel like even Jay is like the rest of the house is pretty crazy and how they're treating Cara right so the more sane people have the more sane opinion in my opinion in the season and it's just let's villainize her let's keep

12:17 All caps than the men you know so again it's something that he has to get used to that yes like who are the men this season that are going to challenge for the champion I just don't see it like I feel well we lost a very competitor in cam this episode but you'd still have to put your money on like a laurel or a car Maria at this stage to be like even though yeah she's not looking very good right now and will definitely get into that like she's like still Laurel you know like you still have to give respect words do and I as die heart of a car Maria fan as I am I was relieved when she didn't go down against K Maria because karia is great against everyone and she's good in finals but even though I'm KY Maria all the way over Laurel I have to admit Laurel's got her number when it comes to the eliminations so there was a part of me that was relieved that they didn't have to go head tohe yeah I'm sure I'm sure you are because Laurel seems to have some sort of like I mean it's only when we say they have this history and Laurel even played it up she's like I've gone against her in so many CH eliminations and beat her so many times I think it's two I mean like one and one of those and one of those karia had a broken hand and they had to punch her J

13:37 Board yeah she had no chance she had no chance and then the other one was physical but I also feel like if you look at K Maria now like physically she's a lot bigger putting a lot more muscle compared to what she had back in the day like she would not be an easy beat and I think that's why lurel kind of second guessed herself a little bit going into this and let's talk about the elimination I'm apologies I know we're going to be all over the place and we will read more comments soon but let's talk since we're talking about it now the elimination wasn't necessarily what Laurel was looking for right she would have wanted a headbanger something like a whole brawl something where they have to like run and throw a ball into the middle of that circular sort of you know setup that they normally have when they go head-to-head but Laurel being really tall going in underneath this almost like cargo net type of situation getting the balls working with your fingers to get it to the one side of the elimination that doesn't really seem like something that would have been easy for Laurel to do like her height might have counted against like putting myself in Laurel's shoes like I can kind of understand I know a lot of people are going to say she was chicken and she should never have said I'm going down 150% because that makes her look horrible yeah that like but at the same time on this

14:57 Season there hasn't been a single headbanger except for the giant bouncy ball Hall braw like yeah the keelin Cyrus one so there's been none that have been really much of a headbanger at all like I don't know what she's waiting for like you need to have this very tiny specific parameters for me to be able to do what I said I was going to do this is also a challenge that doesn't necessarily scream to me that it suits Cara more than Laurel either you know what I mean like for Laurel to go I'm only going to do it when I want very like two challeng two eliminations out of all the ones on and the ones they make up constantly new stuff that I only need like hbw or balls in or whatever and that's it like that is the worst strategy ever when you're saying I'm going to 150% go in against Kary I don't understand this at all and it not only does it make her look bad because she's chicken but just makes it look bad from a strategic smart point of view it was the if anyone should say idiots yeah like Laurel asking to put in Cam and Cara and then backing out of it after the fact is so weird when you could have just had Veronica and Flora in there and no matter

16:17 What the challenge is you're probably going to go down and win that right like even looking at the water one if it's Veronica and Flora you still go in no matter what like it I don't understand at all why this happened yeah this could have been a slam dunk floral to go in there and beat Veronica or Flora I mean Flora was down there it's a like Flora is aaz she's like I can't believe I'm this deep into the season and maybe there's some people who really love flora and I'm sorry if there's Flora fans out there but she's doing nothing for me this season absolutely nothing like you know her shade as well the whole time and I'm like what are you on about like you know she's clearly been poisoned by the house and she's just got that I'm going to follow the house cheap mentality about it but I mean I can't blame her she's not been in the challenge realm for so long she's like a fish out of water really like at this stage like I just I'm sure there are people and I'm sorry if you're a big Flora fan out there I'm sure she's a lovely lady outside of the game she's just not doing anything for me this season like she is there on a silver platter for someone to beat to get a St at the end that's what I see or if she gets to a final if she's lucky enough to get to a final she's the classic layup this season I just yeah she's got nothing I just like that her whole job on the challenge is

17:38 Just to like comment on like one confessional two confessionals that's the only reason she's relevant to call people out yeah like car specif now she's such a baby like that's her entire thing on her Persona on the challenges just be around for it in person and call her out or do it in confessionals but just drop little on liners about Cara constantly it's weird yeah lovable Nikki so this is where I get found out I don't know Flora from I'm assuming she's real world Miami I never watched it but apparently this is Flora this is who she is so I'm sure people who are fans they're coming back they're loving it at this stage th said technically Laurel said tentatively I didn't hear tentatively but I mean I'm going to take your word for it there's a few people saying she I definitely heard her say 150% which to me does not seem tentatively and I heard her say to cam to her face I'm definitely going in I'm getting my star so that to me does not look good on Laurel and like a few people in the live have said here that K Maria is now exposing Cara a few people are saying she would have beaten Laurel in this elimination and I do agree I think her CrossFit her height difference her strategy was perfect

18:58 Going and to this I really think she would have probably beaten Laurel and that's another thing Laurel probably don't want that perfect record against Cara to be taken away cuz at the moment that's the only thing she has because Cara's got more championships than her car's got more finals than her car's got more seasons than her you know what I mean so she still has that over K Maria at this stage but I do think that her word is now being shown as nothing in this house moving forward so but she's got numbers she's got the house behind her so it's going to be interesting to see how things play out Dolores is saying question play Devil's Advocate could his strategy of taking out a strong woman be valid in this hey Chris Flora is getting a tan come on okay yeah fair enough she's there for the for I can't hate on her for going to South Africa which is where I'm from for a nice holiday because there's definitely worst places out there you could visit you know so like if she's getting a nice tan out there and she's enjoying herself I'm happy but she's not doing anything for me from an entertainment standpoint maybe it's because she seems to get confessionals for one thing only almost at this stage and it's annoying at this point for me but yeah I think that her strategy of taking out a strong woman kuna not a bad one I mean listen if you if you were going to rank the woman coming into the season of who if we have to play Devil's Advocate like who are the people that

20:18 Have a chance to win the season at some point you got to get rid of karia and there's not many women out there who can go toe-to-toe with K Maria Cam's got a great record but Cam's not she's not in her Peak shape that she was in when she was like back in the challenge back in the day I to be honest with you I was never fearful that karia was going to lose this one when she went up against cam I knew she had the cardio to win this one as long as she didn't you know mentally screw up which carar has done from time to time I knew she should be able to take her in this one yeah K Maria was definitely the favorite going in and also the one of you know the reason why Laurel hesitated for sure but yeah what I didn't think about before is the like the additional consequences that come from this not only did you say like Cara gets the bonus points of exposing laal no one in the house is going to want to work with her now or can't trust anything she says when she says it to them right but also she lost the number in cam like when you say as far as the strong getting the strong woman out thing I guess yes like that is a benefit but there's like when you have a hierarchy of positives and outcomes that you can get from your strategy right

21:38 For Laurel the first one should have been get a star right so not only did she not get a star she got gave a St to Cara Maria who that should have been the second priority keep Cara Maria from getting a star to go to the finals like whether you knock one of them out or not that should be a higher priority keep car career away from it cam in the game because she's a number for me now at the moment and working with me and like it seems like the positive of at least a strong woman is out is way at the bottom of the list of what the positives could have been had you played it better you know yeah GE J says Laurel lost Cam and Leroy because Leroy is not trusting Laurel moving forward I agree I think Leroy will now venture over to car Maria's side and again karia never wanted to play against Cam and Leroy Cam and Leroy decided to play against karia so I feel like she will and I actually believe when she said there's no way that I'm taking cam star I'm taking Nicole star I believe that I think if Laurel went down there and karia beat Laurel she would have taken Nicole star she would not have gone after cam I don't think she was ever planning on doing that so again how this is going to play out in future Seasons if they go back to play again and if car will still have that same loyalty I don't know but one thing I do know

26:59 That a lot of people who put in a lot of work in the gym they've got some skeletons like you know they're working through their like so you know someone like and karia is like she's someone who's been like I feel like she's been bullied on like definitely been bullied on the challenge for many years right and this is why she is the way she is this is why she's got a very heart out of shell this is why she kicks back this is why she's not just an agreeable woman like because she's gone through to become the person that she is today right and like I think a said karia operates best and we've said this a few times when she is on the back foot when people are coming at her they don't realize this some people are just different that feeds their fire and I think that she used that over the years to put it into her workouts and to become who she is today like the it's literally the shape that she's in now the mentality she has that's been shaped by the challenge for many years you know like I don't think you can play this game for so many years and not let it change your personality to a certain degree yeah I mean especially when they start at such a young age like in your early 20s you're still developing who you are as a person and figuring it things out and getting comfortable in your own skin and to do that in a environment like reality TV and the challenge and the fandom and everything being

28:19 Thrown at you like that's an insane way to like we've seen it so many times I know it's not exactly the same it's not like for like but you see so many times with like childhood stars or CH child actors or child stars grow up to many of them aren't great well adjusted adults and I feel like you hit that reality TV space in your early 20s it's would have a very similar impact on who you are as a person for sure 100% you kind of shape your personality I feel like between 20 and 30 like changes so much so spending that time on reality TV every year would definitely do that Darren says that the timeline doesn't quite match up which is a shame I mean it would have been amazing if it was like the idea it's not the seed yeah Dan saying I wonder if she was pregnant and welcome by the way Dan I wonder if she was pregnant and that was something in her body that told her not to do the challenge yes let's talk about that a little bit The Daily she had a bit of a freak out and couldn't do the daily challenge and as someone that's a parent did you ever feel like after having child and I know this could happen for men it could happen for women it doesn't need to be just women but women in general have more maternal instincts than men but if you ever like thought man I can't be doing something stupid or silly

29:39 Here because I got to like think about the boys back at home or the kids back at home you know like as has that ever happened to you like could you relate to what she was going through yeah like everything you do is like that like even if it's not a physical danger but it's like the way you drive you know the way you like should I buy this because I won't have the money for and usually I'll just buy it and waste money you know what I mean like you're constantly thinking that way like because everything you do has consequences like last year when I lost my job my the first thing was like when I was get made done was it wasn't like oh what am I going to do blah it's like oh no my kids you know what I mean like you have to look after them and even more so when it's so fresh and so new and a physical thing when you're looking down at water if something happens to me what happens to my kids it's always playing in your head yeah you know so a big reason why I went and had the surgery and stuff is because I knew I wanted to be around for them for the longest time as well right so that there's everything you play like you do is for the for your kids so yeah I get it completely yeah and you know firstly not a great in my opinion need to talk about the move Cam

30:59 And Leroy have been teaming up a lot in dailies and they teamed up again in this daily I don't understand why they don't split their resources and have different Pockets like I feel like and again I'm not sold on either way here chat so you guys can let me know if you feel like it was a good move I feel like they should have split up I feel like you don't put all your eggs in one basket going into the daily never you can you can manipulate things so much more if they strategize properly and go look if we split up one of us may be in the bottom four the other one may win or the other one may actually get into the middle and push the votes even more like you have a little bit more numbers right but when you're like stuck I guess if you get in the middle together you've got instantly more power but to be able to split it up that way or like I know you're not supposed to think this way but if Cam is on the verge of being in the bottom four or whatever then Leroy with his female partner might go hey maybe we don't do as good in this one I might throw this one a little bit and then she drops below cam's no longer in the bottom four you know what I mean like there's ways that you can kind of have advantages if you just think about it yeah totally agree what here says lero has good social skills totally agree with that as well blood Bunny's

32:19 Asking if we saw the allstar five rumored cast I did very quickly see it but I jez if you ask me like who's on it seemed like it was a very middle AG or like season 30 looking like from season 30 onwards looking cast like is like the fesses on there and like it's not ogs from what I could see that's like the biggest takeaway I had but I didn't really digest it because I'm trying to keep my thoughts as much for when we do a proper cast analysis and we talk about it I can see reality realness is in the life as well and we will be talking to reality realness and Drew about season 41 we need to get that done at some stage in the in the next couple of weeks so I'll reach out to them and then we can talk about all stars five like there's it feels like there's so much content to talk about which is hard when The Season's like us we're in the middle of the season but when the season's over I feel like we can jump into a lot of offseason content for sure let's see what reality realness has to say Shantel in the live says if Laurel was planning on screwing over cam she should have gone down against Flora when takes when takes cam star now both her and Nicole star alongside ver car cam starless totally agree and we actually said this in the beginning of the live reality realness so we're on the same page on that one let's see what other

1:16:27 For Jana kellyanne's back I'm really happy to see kellyanne come back when you talk about you know someone that does fit I feel like the all stars theme probably could still play in the main show to be fair probably should be still in the main show and someone that is a competitor keanne fits all of that for me I was very impressed with her when we saw her in World Championship the last time she played the game I thought she put up an admirable fight against like a very big majority in the house that formed she was in team Britain that was in the outs very early on with Team Argentina but I thought she did really well so I'm really excited actually to see her back and I would love for her to get a win quitted herself very well in that show season to get to the point where I think she could be one of the top female competitors in this season as well but yeah all stars seems to be a really good fit for her I think this should be I know it's not OG's and she's not OG at all either but she's obviously been in it for a long time but she's not like OG like the mark Longs of the world but I feel like that group of allar has been four seasons in now right the longer it goes on the pool that it's picking from I said gets smaller but it should start transitioning along that this middle group now that isn't OG but the 10 to 20 like
