2:53 Of fun on the live last week we spoke about you know all things Traders related I was looking forward to episode 4 a lot and we even spoke about how you know it's great to see these celebrities or previous you know players contestant of reality shows playing this season because they already know how to provide good entertainment and for us that was a positive there were I think maybe one comment last week in our comment section of someone saying they didn't appreciate it they like the UK more with new players and each through their own obviously different people like the reality TV differently but for me it did hit home that you know we had a really good cast on hands did it deliver for you here in episode four are you still all in on the Traders Mania that is happening at the moment oh yeah absolutely you know I said it last week I think the Traders game as a viewer is much more interesting when you have a celebrity or an Allstar type cast right because straight off the bat where it's already so invested into all these different story lines whereas with new players it takes a long time to actually really settle in if that makes sense like even the Traders New Zealand which arguably is probably the best Trader show out there it was also really good because a lot of the people playing in it were celebrities around New Zealand like Mike P Bro Kane I've been watching them on TV since I was a kid so it's quite interesting to see how

4:13 They will play together everyone's known each other for years so it just creates such an interesting Dynamic and you're already like so invested whereas with a newbie cast it sort of takes a while to really yeah and it's actually hard watching people like Sandra come back to play the show where in Survivor Sandra is the queen of Survivor the Undisputed queen of Survivor I know poverty won't like me saying that but it is facts right she's won or twice and you can't take that away from her and seeing her play this game as a faithful not having all the answers but consistently throughout this episode saying you know my reads are good I can normally pick out on who's lying to me and who's doing what but knowing she's the faithful she doesn't have all the information and they're not playing on an equal playing field it's even making someone with Sandra's capabilities look like she's not all that much onto the game that's playing out in front of her eyes which is shocking to see right because normally she's got really good instincts yeah but also at the same time it makes players really stand out like for those who watch Traders Canada there was a faithful his name was Kevin he was a like a massive big brother Canadian player I think he won once or something yeah I'm a big Kevin fan shout out to Kevin yeah massive shout out to Kevin he was he actually one of the best faithfuls in my opinion because he cracked onto all three traitors unfortunately he couldn't get rid

5:33 Of all three but he was already starting that movement was just because a lot that cast was more stupider than me so it's it was harder for him to actually get that ball rolling but when you do have players like Sandra and like K who normally in their own private field of surviving big brother would absolutely dominate but this that kind of cut back down if they're able to get a foot in the game like I think if Sandra sniffs out the pver as a traitor poverty's gone and I think Sandra just needs to get a whiff on someone and I think she'll be able to gather that ammunition to take them out but I do think that in a big part from what we saw in this episode there is really the allegiances that are coming into play obviously this going to be some takes on what happened on the round table and I want to jump into the main course when we're still having some dessert at the moment you know but we know that there's going to be these different Pockets that are forming and I do think Sandra is probably finding some safety within the reality competitive TV realm playing with some of those players even though she's been trying to play that middle ground also cozying up to the housewives I think now that she's shown her cards after this episode it's going to be very hard for her to go back but I would still put her down as one of the people that could potentially pull it off and go to the housewives and get somebody like aav out but there's also some great strategy happening

6:54 This episode by a certain Mr Dan gesling he is putting some working because he's been under Fire and are you starting to see little bits of elements of why I rate him so high as a game player possibly one of the best to ever play in any reality TV can you have you spotted certain of the subtle things that he did this week I'm kind of curious yeah I absolutely did you know coming off of last week I was thinking that Dan could potentially be the first Trader out right especially with Lassa coming on to him but he's gone from being potentially first Trader out to now I think been one of the last Traders found you know like fedra is gonna blow up at poverty and pver is gonna Target fedra fed's gonna Target poverty it's just gon to cause so much heat onto both of them that Dan is perfectly like he was like out in front for a bit and he's perfectly set himself back in it's kind of like the Ali Gable strategy I think Dan could potentially be there's actually there's actually a thing that big brother players used to call Dan whenever he would sort of I would say deflect and sort of direct attention in a different direction they used to call it the Dan Mist you know so there's actually this thing called The Mist so when someone puts the Mist on someone and Big Brother that's what Dan is known for and I feel like he we saw a little bit of that Dan Mist

8:14 With poverty in this episode not only in this episode but even in the previous episode I was very impressed by how he was able to let P do a lot of the dirty work for him in this episode and he could sit back take a backseat while potentially she's drawing some heat on her I think he's doing some really good things but let's start off with the beginning of the episode let's talk about you know obviously we had this big moment where pav had to choose someone to drink out of the Goblet we don't know who it was going to be and we do have lovable Nikki asking she does want to know crying I actually am tearing up like God so dumb absolutely stupid and let me tell you why right I now no I mcky if you if you need a moment we can just sit here and know have a moment this is this is my moment right now this is a really hot take and I know that this might stir some stuff up on my Instagram feed when I wake up tomorrow but P took out ikin Sue because p is no longer the hot one as ekin Sue all right she recognized that as the threat and so she took out ekin Su which is so dumb because U really trusted p and py did that because like correct me if I'm if I'm wrong was there any consequence to the Traders not pulling off a

10:55 You know and I'm one of them how D she take out ens SU like you know like I Su was providing so much cover for py where everyone was thinking it was going to like everyone was literally gonna vote off ekin Su right and the whole drama between her and fedra could have lasted like till a different time a different episode but no let's kill off the hot one because she's no longer the hot one so now she has to kill off U to be the hot one but no I will I think it was a mistake yeah it was a massive mistake absolutely massive mistake and I think that's exactly what's about to go into so with banishment they've started making like different factions different allies IU would been a great number for poverty a fantastic number but now you know let's just kill off the queen of Traders the queen of Love Island you know I'm done I'm actually done you know this is exactly why Bigfoot has not been proven to be existing right as I said last week iin Su she's doing the Bigfoot strategy she's doing the Sasquatch strategy right she's sort of like hiding in plain sight creating that drama with Janelle but then she's tipping out she's blurring into the background just like all the Bigfoot photos right but this is exactly why bigfoots haven't been proven to exist because once they're proven to exist they're just going to get shot they're going to get poison

12:15 They're going to get murdered all right so I don't know where I don't know where this thing is I don't know where you're going on this one but just a real it back to real it back on this to real it back I think it was a mistake she's lost allies which probably isn't a good because we do hear from a few people even fedra during the episode saying that obviously she has no allies you know in the game and that people are people already think that par is one of the Traders so at some point I think she's making it easy for Dan to basically put suspicion on both PTY and fedra while he starts blending into the background the one thing Dan still needs to overcome though is that he is still very much on The Hit List in regards to being less guys so Lassa did bring some good strategy in and saying well if we take a shot at the guys there's bound to be a Traer within the guys and that number is shrinking each week so at some point we'll be able to pick who the guy is that's a Trader so I do think he's still got a lot of heat on him I do want to go back and just read a couple of comments here as well chood saying what I realized is if you go on Reddit people just put links to some interesting websites what interesting websites are you talking about there trud but some of them stream some of them stream Traders as well so there you go if anybody is looking for a way to watch Chad also even though I find it interesting it would be annoying for the fans of the show who get shut down and not allowed to play yeah I

14:55 She still has some Runway but she's losing a bit of Runway here but if she does lose this does she become that quarterback that needed to retire before getting to old and now she can't make the throws anymore like is that potentially where py sits because she didn't have a great run on winners of War either but then again you look at winners at War and you know the tribe she was on she was Lally on a tribe filled with like a pregame Alliance right like she was grew no matter what and also it's kind of hard because when you think about it poverty like the last main game she played was Heroes versus Villains which is what like 2010 and then when is at Wars like 2019 and then now this just a few years later like I feel like she's definitely had that Gap right and maybe she's just coming back from that retirement maybe but you know there's a great quote which is sometimes the Legacy can either like raise you as a person or can completely destroy you right and I think with p's Legacy it is one of Deceit she's the one who you know led the all GS Alliance of Micronesia right you know she's single-handedly the reason why people are scared of War G alliances so I think you know it's a fair point it's a big Legacy to have coming into this game and there's a few people who've got this Legacy that potentially is hurting them a little bit in the game we'll get into it in a little bit but Matthew says also mean least disrespectable way possible

17:36 As a click so there's safety and numbers so I do think that at least from a being banished point of view for the moment she's probably in a really good spot but I am interested to see how things are going to play out because I feel like Dan is seeing fadra at the moment as a bigger threat and he kind of wants to work with p a little bit longer in the game so that would be the only way can see potentially for her to go home I'm aw he played on the House of Villains good to know he had a good ride there for those that have not watched House of Lin go check it out bananas is in my mind I know some people are hot and cold on him because he's been on so many seasons in my mind he is a great player how brutal was it by the way in this episode I actually had a bit of a laugh when they were singing about bananas and he was like you know you the choir singing on the on the daily mission and they talk about like the two people that trusted the most I was laughing a little but I like this is actually so hilarious seeing banana pick Shar there while they're doing this thing it was a bit over the top and then I found it even more funny and Kahuna would have gotten this because he's watched a lot of challenge like myself CT was correct like bananas and him have gone head to head for many years they that obviously there's a mutual respect but bananas has never helped CT so him being like if there's one person who's going to play the game and screw us it would be bananas by saying

18:56 Dan was his most trusted when he doesn't know the guy and he would just do it to mess with CT so for a second there I thought Banas may have done that but they probably told him he needed to be serious in this in this question yeah now like you can tell that the producers are so gutted that bananas was the first murder right like they had like a small thing of him at the start of the episode and like we think in episode two and three as well and now they've got another thing like a liter big photo and a choir about them in episode four they're really trying to show how sad they are but was the first murdered but yeah it's like that's something I love about like returning player cast right it's like you have that history you have that banter and as an outsider to the challenge and you know the housewives even though I don't fully understand the context I'm sort of like picking up oh okay CT Bernards must have gone head to-head a lot you know with CT's joke like oh you know he's never done me a good solid so yeah CH dude listen I know why it happened it's because Dan played the game and Dan does Dan's not about like he's one of those guys he'll take the route that makes the most sense and I think taking up bananas early was a good move because bananas is a good game player and if bananas stayed there for a while I think he would have become more and more dangerous as the game continued on what did you think about the producers having

20:16 Fun with all of the traitors in the beginning of the episode where they were all sitting there and they're expecting akansu not to come in and she does come in and you see Pav's face and everybody and how they reacted did it did it live up to what the producers were trying to do there and add a little bit of suspense because obviously the Traders had to act for all of that as well oh wow no one's going home I thought it was a good little twist yeah I thought it's a great twist and you know just moving forward we b as well like when they said in the challenge that like oh you get to find out who the players that was poisoned I was thinking if they found it out does that mean that e get saved does this mean that the Bigfoot goddess can finally get saved and oh they'll just make my Year Chris but no it's not it's not that she didn't mention bigfood once so she mentioned conspiracy theories the Bigfoot falls under that right it's not very of very much doubt I very much doubt like I'm dashing your dreams here I very much doubt like Bigfoot was what she was thinking about when she spoke about the fact that she believes in conspiracy theories like I think it's more that she potentially thinks that you know that there's a flat Earth or something it's that type of conspiracy theories most likely that she's into I did reach out to her but so far no response so they posted if you if you like this is one way for you to

22:56 Of an ally and this was one of the few times in the trader show where she had all the power like she could have literally gotten rid ofone that she wanted and I don't think that the Traders would have been able to do much because they had to rely on someone to do it and she could have made up something like oh it was too difficult to take so and so out so I had to go for your main alliance members fedra sorry about that you know she could have done whatever she wanted and she missed that opportunity maybe because she's also the newest traitor in the group it kind of held her back from doing what she should have done another thing that I wanted to bring up and didn't even realize that this happened until I went back to look at the cast photos after the episode is that somewhere in between all of this I don't remember Deontay ever leaving the game and apparently he quit and there was like no mention of it we saw him really struggle with the fact that he voted out a friend in the previous episode did you even realize that Deontay was gone because I didn't realize it until after the episode yeah i' L written it down my notes like deont quit was just like a squid game elimination like you just had you just had no idea you know they were even gone and so yeah like apparently he quit in between the night and in the morning maybe he just couldn't handle that he had voted off The an innocent a faithful

24:16 To quit yeah so he quit he's not there anymore gone by the next day and then lovable Nikki said it was mentioned very briefly at the beginning of the show so I kind of missed that completely laay suai says the iin Sue coffin reveal was not that interesting it's just Alan closing the coffin that's it they may ask her to hide behind any Bush when they buried the coffin I actually thought the same thing leby I didn't feel like when they were like throwing dirt on the coffin she was in it I feel like they would have told her just to leave and then for the drama of it would have looked like she was in the coffin when they closed it but the most interesting thing about this whole thing obviously a couple of funny things happening I did laugh at MJ she does have some good confessionals and saying no one knows my age not even my husband not my doctor you know now I have to talk about my age here but the most interesting thing of this whole thing when they got to the end for me really was how the Traders played it they played it 100% correctly like Dan said it's not worth showing my cards right now and choosing the right person I have to even though I know I'm throwing $25,000 down the drain I have to go with the numbers and I don't think there was a benefit even if you're a faithful there's no benefit in going in your own Direction here you're going to look suspicious regardless so the right move was to just pile on one person yeah absolutely and I do just want to give a

25:36 Quick shout out to fedra who had probably the most funniest confession with this episode and it was when the ekin Su you know walked into the room she's literally like no it's either you know that pavy did not give ensu the cup or she's the second coming of Jesus Christ they just killing it with the confession AB Absolut love F no I'm a massive Dan fan like Dan is like one of my favorite reality TV stars of all time and because I'm team Dan like I kind of want him to win out over fedra and the pver Dan Showdown is something I'm looking forward to as well but outside of that I do think the show will be poorer if they did lose fedra because she definitely is one of those people that are carrying the show from a confessional standpoint and also looks that she gives like when she's not impressed by something like ifs could kill fed's got it right she's in fact she's got all of it she's got the full package so I see why they brought her on to the show massive fan of her never watched any of her original show but she's been a breath of thresh fresh air in this very like it could have been a very game body season if it was only big game players coming in yeah and I think that's actually wor starting to lean towards because this banishment is probably one of the most interesting

26:57 Banishments I have seen on any of the Traders shows because normally with most Traders it comes down to like okay who is just a Trader right but sometimes you get stuck in really sticky situations where it's like just one person outside of a natural group it's like oh well we don't want to vote in on in our groups I guess we're just going to vote for you and just hope you're a Trader right but at least with this they're sort of like whether they think you know last was a trade or not I'm not sure last said an interview I'm not sure if you saw but she thinks that Janelle is just jealous of how much how much screen time L was getting and so that's why they banisher but I think it's really interesting that they're choosing to take out members of that faction just simply to like lower their numbers their numbers down so they don't have much control in the game because there's only oh it makes perfect sense there's only been one player yeah out of all the trailers franchise I've seen who's actually been able to crack like a tight faithful group and there was Brook and you know Traders New Zealand but we look at Traders Australia how much of a stronghold Sam had on that game because there was just so much blind faithful attached to him right and so I think this is really smart the more game Bots you have like you know your big brother Challenge and Survivor players the more open field The Gamers rather than just stuck to one group

28:17 So yeah but I also think that I get where you're coming from with that but I think also having what you may perceive as like goats or Lambs through the slaughter and the fact you've got all of these housewives that are playing together that have never played a competitive reality TV show there are some strength and numbers and I think Lassa was Her Own Worst Enemy in this game because she was constantly starting to Target certain people she was constantly going on it has to be a man it's got to be CT you know being very vocal about what you wanted to do at some point that was always going to get the attention of the bigger group where they're like we can't give Lassa too much power because she's dictating where the rest of the housewives votes are going with some of the people from the Bravo network so you need to get rid of ring leaders like that if they're not in your click so I think the vote on Lassa and specifically how she played the game we know you don't want to play the game too aggressively if you do you kind of get the treatment that an Annabelle got when she tried to take control of the game or a loop go you know it's just it's a different game to big brother and Survivor where the more you step up the more you control the numbers like Marcus almost that the season in the beginning where everybody trusted him as well at some point you're going to get taken out so a lot of people are saying for instance where did I see that comment that you know Dan's not as impressive Dan's not giving original ganger energy he was bit on

29:37 On Big Brother I do think Dan is playing the like yes he's playing a more passive game and he's trying to sit back I do think it's a smarter way to play it's dangerous because they've now called him out for it but the worst thing he can do is change his personality and I think that's why he needs poverty in the game like he's like I need to create a diversion I need for us to throw some doubt to the housewives I can't be the one to do it because if I suddenly change my character here I'm going to put more of a Target on myself so I think Dan's playing a very underrated game at the moment he's maybe not playing a flashy game but there's a lot of subtle things that he's doing like I think his best move by far was convincing P to do his dirty work this episode and P is no fool so for him to be able to get her to put herself in front of him as a potential Shield I was amazed that he was able to actually pull that off yeah absolutely like I think I mean as I said earlier in the podcast Dan has gone from being the person like the first Trader out to my opinion to not been the last Trad out because I think if this war like in the Traders group happens fedra is GNA be throwing py under the bus because she feel was most betrayed by p and p is going hard against fedra so if anything fedra is going to bring down py all like majority of eyes will be on PTY and not Dan and I think both of are going to

30:57 Want to work with Dan I feel like that fraction between fedra and pav now is of such a where they won't work together they're not going to come together to go against Dan you know so they both need Dan as a number at this stage yeah and I think it's because feder recognizes that P took out the hot one right she saw that U was hotter than her no she saw the ex was hotter than her so she murdered her and F just probably thinking damn I'm pretty gorgeous you're right there in lass's you know age range for who she dates so you may have a chance you might be you might be in with a shot Mony you know if you play your cards right you should be dropping into lass's DMS as well if Lassa say she believes in Bigfoot I might give it a try who knows there we go there we go doesn't take much to convince me let's have let's have a let's have a look at what people are saying here Sam in Australia was hilarious yes he was until he was a s loser at the end but for the most part of the show you've got to say he was carrying the show 100% L SOI I totally agree fedra is the only housewife that did her research on everyone she knows people's game yep fedra is the most impressive so far and I think they chose her for a reason as well loveink saying Sandra saved C

32:17 But targeting Lassa and I thank her yes C became a Target because you spoke about someone like py coming in with this reputation right so her reputation of being deceitful her reputation of being able to manipulate people C is coming in with a reputation of his own he's coming in with a reputation that he has he has made he is what we call in the challenge the basically the Oprah Winfrey of the challenge like you know how she hands out cars to everybody and keys he hands out championships to people whoever is attached to him as a as a team member they win championships and they win Seasons because he's just that good so you know when you come in with that Oprah Winfree energy the person who can make people Champions the person who can carry a season on their own physically that is a big Target where you know last rightfully called out you could be the trader because you don't need anybody you could literally carry all of us on your back through these missions and we would still make money so that's a big Target for someone like a CT to come in with as well how do you feel he's adapting to the game at the moment and from what you've seen from him yeah so I obviously haven't seen the challenge so C2 TR bananas even though I prefer oranges I haven't seen much of right so this is my first show of all of them and I'm really enjoying them yeah I love bananas in the half an episode he was in
